This is easily one of the best developments in all of Jamaica, at that price point when you compare it to others in St. Thomas, St. Ann, etc. as good as this video is, no video will capture the fine details that home buyers desire in a modern home. Eg.. all cabinetry doors and drawers are soft close, 24/24 inch porcelain tiles and what I found truly impressive is the fact that the homes are pre wired for solar. There are only 600 hundred units and I hear they’re over subscribed, but I hear Kemtek next door has turned up the game, big time!!!

This is not typical in Jamaica, where most employees in the service industry are dour, rude and devoid of life. This model unit must be a joke or an illusion because it is absolutely amazing and beautiful. These will sell out quickly.

This is beautiful its the first time i saw one with this size walkin closet. I love it you dont have to worry during a hurricane that the roof is going to lift off.

@NATURALMYSTICMK safety measures in the sense that it is safer to be in your house washing any hour of the night without worrying if someone is gonna pay you a surprise visit. I'm not saying that it will happen, but ever so often, we hear of people gone missing, and the last place they were seen is at their home. Some people leave their home very early for work and come back at night

The battle is on between PortRidge & Oaks! 🎉🎉 Wonder which will look better and have more modern finishes and win our hearts. The ouside of Oaks looks lovely but the inside of this look good suh kemtek affi come good with their inside now and they will top it off because the outside done stay proper. PortRidge outside nuh ready look too much like prison 😂😂
The house was done well. Large living and kitchen area. Primary bedroom large. This developer did a great job

Honestly, this is one of the nicer looking schemes ive seen tbh.
My only real concern is the infrastructure. Last thing i'd want is for the place to flood out when rain falls. Seen it all too many times on the news.
You don't have to worry rain don't fall it portmore it always hot and dry.

The model is absolutely gorgeous! Very well staged!😍👍🏽❣️ My only tiny critic about this, and so many of our other developments, is the cookie-cutter style.
Also, I wish developers would include shade trees at the inception/or when the foundations are laid. It would certainly help with keeping air-conditioning costs down by providing some covering. To do it after they'll take forever to grow. Times are hot!🔥🔥🔥 Lol

It's the walk-in closet for me...... they could have done an island instead of a peninsula in the kitchen that would have topped it off for me. .. right now, this looks better than Oaks estates, but they may have better amenities, idk.

Love everything except the slab roofing. With the reality of climate change and its rising temperatures, our local developers need to design living spaces accordingly. This is one of the best layouts so far, tho❤. Kudos

House looks nice the space that is. Better than some of the others we've seen. Are you sure you can add on above the current structure? I doubt it is strong enough to hold block and steel. Maybe you mean addition to the back of the property and then go on top of that addition

Very modern, loving it . Just a correction. The sink in the kitchen isnt a Farm Sink, it's actually an "Under the counter" sink.
That is called a peninsular cupboard not an island, an island is free standing n not atrached to any other cupboards
