@@leonpaul6198 the issue with two pair is usually you're playing a hand that's connected or semi-connected so if you get a two pair, the board is connected allowing many straight possibilities to be around which is not want you want when you have a strong hand, a real catch 22.
@@MrManbir101 you could list a million reasons why 2 pair sucks. -it only beats top pair so when you’re getting stacks in you _should_ be pretty worried. (maybe that isnt so much an issue 20bb deep though) -You usually get it on connected boards so you can outdrawn to straights fairly often -the board will pair around 50% of the time by the river so now even top pair has significant equity against everything except top 2 -it’s also just cursed 😂 so yeah, it makes u want to put stacks in but other hands that also want to put stacks in usually beat you, and even if it’s strong it’s extremely vulnerable to most of your opponents continuing range, getting cracked around 30-40% of the time by the river, plus its got bad mojo
To me it's always jacks. I get it in from the button small blind has kings. I get it in vs 7s they hit a 7. A5 they hit an ace. For some reason if I have jacks it always ends up shitty.

The problem with two pair is, it FEELS like a strong hand, but beats almost nothing. Plus they always have it vs two pair thats a cursed fact 😂
