-the less animation keys you have, the smoother it'll be. -dont make the movements too fast, it may appear a bit smoother but it may look a bit odd, also if they're very slow and big movements, the limbs can kinda go flying and it won't look that smooth -usually i use a timeframe of 0.200 - 0.500 seconds whenever I'm changing the pose when tweening -smaller movements are easier to tween, but if you're doing bigger movements I'd suggest either moving the parts faster, or make it so that the movements are done in parts so its smoother -having the parts constantly moving even if its the same pose can also make it look a bit more realistic (idk what word to use) They also recently added graphs!! But I haven't found those to be helpful for tweening
