Swimming Song

Swimming Song by Louden Wainwright III, all about the folly of spending the summer swimming. Which I always did prior to graduating from Hight School. His big hit was "Dead Skunk in the Middle of the Road," a novelty hit in the seventies, but I like this one better. I think this is one of the songs I bootlegged from the Wood County Public Library onto my Sony TC-280 reel-to-reel tape machine. No Internet, no Amazon Music, you know.
