Why was the stand for the sheet music so dusty!

Interesting observation. It is actually a dusty looking paper over the stand to protect from the scratch as this piano is a brand new. I found this spot for practicing as my stop to the next concert tour location.

No human language can say what this piece says to me.
I’ve been researching Chomsky’s search for the universality of language. Music is in essence just such an expanse of information sharing that is beyond the traditional perceptions of language. You might find this link to the latest in research regarding music as linguistic.
