This is a particularly tricky one Azura's Star. You have to be prepared before entering the star with plenty of potions and a strategy. Slow time is a good shout to use immediately as it gives you time to get closer before combat starts. Your spectral assassin will take some of the attention away from you. Your weapon must be fully charged and do decent damage. You must be accurate with strikes not wasting any time. Wearing Amulet of Talos will reduce your time between shouts so you can use slow time again quickly. Go past Dremora and get to target asap. It is all about timing with this one.
