Rode briefly at lunch today. Saw the temp dip, but still underdressed, didn't account for crazy wind gusts, making it feel like I was by Lake Michigan in January! And was sweating / overdressed on yesterday's ride. :) While I enjoy riding all seasons, I'm getting Spring Fever and ready for Tshirt rides! Thanks for vid. Love it when the water is hauling in the canal.
I went out with way too many clothes too. I knew the temp - but it just feels so weird to walk out in a t shirt right now. I straight up decided not to head out in this today - spring fever indeed. Cheers!
Commuted in perfect conditions on Monday, but windchills around 10° reared their ugly head again this morning. Happily, it’ll be close to perfect again by Friday!
Thanks for the fun ride-along Tim, very different to my normal rides, so cool to see. Do you get many flats among that industrial stuff - glass/nails and that kind of thing?
I definitely flat here and there. So many times though I don’t blow it out while riding but it’s flat the next day. Sometimes I never find the culprit. I think I am going to go with the more robust sidewalls next time around and have them set up tubeless again. I have tubes in everything right now.
beaucoup d'usines fermées et en ruine !!!!!! toute la région en ruine ???????? what happened in America ???????? no more industry ??????? de quoi vient les gens ? is there any work ????? nice vidéo, and many questions..... mich from Western France thanks
Its not as much the country but the region. There is work but just not in a lot of the big factories. The cities have here have definitely shrunk. Its hard to explain but they moved South because the South isn't unionized, moved to China and robots have replaced workers too. Maybe like a Roubaix?
Oooh yeah. 50 degrees today. 60 the rest of the week. March in 2 days. We've made it through another winter, and now on to the good stuff.
Heck yeah! (I hope)
Spring is almost here :D
🌱
yep, shoots and buds are out and lots of blossom on the trees in SW England @@TimFitzwater
Thanks Tim...great music , as usual , and a great ride !
Thank you! I liked that tune - its called Manchester Dream and it is definitely an ode to those British bands from there in the late 80s/early 90s.
excellent riff.
It’s called “Manchester Dream” which makes sense as it’s definitely a Stone Roses knock off.
I've come to the conclusion that I need some Beer Bike friends in my life.
Yeah! 👍🏿
Really loved how your shadows were moving in the end. Great video.
Thanks! That was a fast descent!
Great vid Tim, the bit rolling down the road towards the end with the shadows from the bikes is brilliant! ❤️💪🏁🏁
Thanks! I didn’t want to bomb that hill in the dark but Ben tricked me then it was “might as well film it!”
@@TimFitzwater brilliant! ❤️🏁

Everything about that was rad. Esp. the soundtrack. And Laaarrrrge's cap that looks like it's made from 1950's East German camouflage.
…and him tricking me into descending that hill at the end!
Good Times
Looks Fun !
Great day out in the sun!!
Oh yeah,spring is coming!!🏕🏜🚵♂️🚵♀️
It is! May be a bumpy ride but I like the direction!
GLORIOUS!!
😎🏭
Made my day. Sick the past 3 days and no bikey :(
Of course I woke up with a stomach bug the day after filming this….
Today’s weather does suck though - back to snow. ❄️
wax on wax off
That was DOPE!!
Thanks!! ☄️
Here at my work, we call those kinds of days...."Sickation" days.
Ha! Good thing here is I’m the boss - so it’s just about catching up later. 😎
Wish I could ride today BUT 19 degrees and 25mph say otherwise! 😪
It’s dropping from 60 this morning to 20s this evening! Already snowing a bit now. ☹️
industrial gravel is back.
🏭
Too true. I actually played hooky to ride bikes, smoke cigarettes and drink mad dog 20/20. Those were the days! 😂
Ha!😎

We had the same roller coaster - 60 this morning, 20s tonight. Weekend is looking good though.
Wish my videos were half this interesting. Great stuff.
Thanks!! 😊

This channel rocks #fitzwaterfanclub
Thanks!!!
...F*ck work! 😛
Playing hooky: In the corporate world, we say "personal business." Aside from "out sick." Have to vary it.
Nice!
I usually just make it up in the evening as a freelancer though we may have gotten a bit carried away on this night. 🥴

We're getting some ridiculous record breaking temps recently in the Midwest. Thanks climate change...
Yeah - total roller coaster here. Low 20s last night 60 tomorrow.
