A lot of people don’t know that you can punch cactus to get water. As you hit it your water will go up.
I loved the tips guide broski. I wish I knew of these when I first started on the map. It'd been quite a challenge for a newbie like me. But I'm also learning a hell of a lot faster too. Wild... appreciate the overview. Jumping in for the first time, this was not my map. Avg. life expectancy was under a minute. A lot more enticing now that I understand the basics, and that it isn't the standard Ark experience

Did not like this map in ASE but is actually looking forward to it in ASA because of the Oasissaur, I play single player only so I don't see a problem in getting it.

best places to use wind turbines are areas where the location is listed as "Wilderness". These areas can be found between map regions. They are small and not common, but you get 100% wind. its a shame they got rid of the power cables in ASA.

I'm excited, SE was my favorite map on ASE. Aside from AB the other maps are way too easy.

@@rlspino Fun? Games are boring when they aren't challenging. When you log on and there is no challenge, people tend just to stand there pretending they are playing because there is nothing fun to do. There are only 2 maps in ASE that are challenging, that is SE and AB and I imagine that might be the same in ASA. I cannot wait for SE island is probably the most boring map out of them all. Though I do give them props on the extra details added.
Anyone know how to turn off the stupid death essence bags? Trying to breed for mutations and now I’ve got 100 bags around my ac units.

What AI do you use for miniatures?
When I played ase I was told to avoid se and it was a bad map unnecessary hard ..so I most likely skip it

They are drastically redoing the map from what I hear. I would give it a go. Even if you don't live here full time. You can go to an SE server to get things and bring them back to your Island base.
The caves from SE are awesome. They have some with puzzles and are definitely challenging, but super neat
I would suggest it, once you think you are pretty decent at the game to kind of test yourself and skills. But yes, its difficult but, that is kind of what makes it fun

Only back 24 hours and it’s better that they didn’t release it on Easter anyway since all their employees would have been off and unable to make changes in case major glitches/bugs happen
This was miserable to watch. Turned it off after 6 minutes. Only helpful to someone that has never played ark. These 8 year old tips. Aside from not mentioning anything from asa but everything from ase the tips are extremly basic tips.
And that’s okay I’ve never played SE until survival ascended , before watching this video I died every 5 mins due to thirst , watching this I learned I can pick up cactus right off the bat to stay hydrated, as soon as I learn basic I’ll search for more advanced tips , don’t hate on someone’s video if it’s helpful for others.
