We went to Outpost and LOVED every second of it. The food, the cocktails, the staff, the rooftop garden, everything!!

We did the drive to LaPaz and Todo Santo. I agree the most amazing color ever, water was so warm. Spent 10 amazing days in Cabo. Great video!! Did you see any bulls when driving?

Do you have a name of the beach in balandra or and address so I can find the beach? Also is the drive from Cabo San Lucas on route 19 to la Paz are there any areas that I need to be concerned about?
Great video! Thanks for the tips. We've been to Cabo once before and are planning our second trip. We spent a night at the ME Cabo by Melia resort and enjoyed their tasty food and gorgeous sparkling pools. The beach was gorgeous!! Our excursion for the afternoon was a sunset sail on luxury yacht that included yummy snacks (more like a meal!) and as many drinks as we could sip. It was soooo romantic, and in our top 5 travel experiences so far. We highly recommend using Cabo Adventures as your excursion company; the guides were fantastic! Next trip I hope we'll have more time for lounging on the beach with a fruity drink. :)

December is cooler although it is the start of whale watching. March or April is a little better or Oct or Nov. Summer months are ok however the humidity
How much was the lobster on the beach? we're planning to do an all inclusive at Sandos finisterra…..BUT, might stay at another non-AI for less money. We'll roughly be saving about $57 per day on our 3 day trip. We want to do activities like you guys did. Do you think the $56 savings is even worth it? or should we just Keep the All Inclusive and still venture out? Thanks! our trip is in August.
GREAT question. The lobster on the beach was SUPER cheap...I think around $15USD, but this was far off the beaten path. Honestly, it depends on your plan. If you want to explore around Cabo, I'd say do the all inclusive or get a room with a kitchen since the restaurants are expensive. If you have a day trip to other areas planned for at least 2 out of the 3 days, probably the non-Al is a better option. Let me know what you decide!

I visited Cabo on Holland America Cruise lines and never booked any shore excursions on any of my stops, in Cabo San Lucas I visited El Archo by one of the many boat excursion for $15 US the guy asked for $20 but as an experienced traveler I know you have to bargain in Mexico, he had no issue with $15 which only tells me I could have stared my bargaining from $10 and worked from there. I know I got a good deal since the other travelers I met told me they paid $25 each, guess they love the milk the naive tourists if they can, easy money for a 1-hour boat trip.
Next time I plan to visit Cabo on a 5 day Princess cruise that stays in Cabo for 2 days which gives me time to rent a car and go to La Paz and beyond, I love to do lots of walking around these ports into area's where the locals live to get better options for food and sights, plus I get lots of free exercises. The benefit of coming on a cruise ship is all your room and food are taken care of and there is no hassle of haggling with Taxies from the airport and back that is the area where you really get scammed the most.

Monk Worry more about pick pockets. Cabo is extremely tourist friendly.
Not gonna happen in or near Cabo. Lots of retired cartel people there. They don´t allow those types of activities where they live.
