Man, that airplane lamp was amazing! Marbles are always a good find. You appraised some civil war clay marbles for me and each one was worth $20. I have 60.
These are the stories that I love hearing about. I must admit I was completely surprised and shocked about the marbles and the cigar box.
I have things in cigar boxes also. They were even used when I was in school.

Thank you Dr. Lori, I love your videos, informative and intersting. I am searching for good costume jewlery. I like to accent my Target dresses! I always get compliments! I bought a large framed, signed lithograph the last hour of an estate sale in Coronado, Ca for $20. I donated to an auction that benefits an orphanage in Tijuana...$600 paid! Fostoria crystal goblets that were from a garage sale for $8 I donated to the Rotary Club and their auction garnered $200. So with what you have taught me, I am able to do good, and look good, too!! Thank you so much!
I have all my dad's marbles from when he was a kid. I'm sure some are from the 30s as he was the youngest and things got passed down. I need to get a video appraisal done!
Hi Dr., I love this. My eyes were popping out looking at all of your pearls on the table because that's what I love to look for. I just love real pearl jewelry. I feel pearls are so underappreciated. I wear pearls everyday and look for ways to update with cool outfits so I don't look like an old lady. I especially like wearing pearls with flannel shirts.

I am so happy I subscribed to your TH-cam channel in fact I was cleaning out my place for the last 45 days and getting rid of stuff that I knew wasn't very valuable and I was thinking there must be something in here in just this morning I was looking at these marbles in the bottom of my drawers and I thought I wonder if these are going to be worth anything someday and then just about 10 minutes ago I thought all this looks very interesting what does Lori have to say about marbles LOL and then after I listen to this and watched it I thought I was losing my marbles

Wow, you're are amazing Dr Lori! I come from a long line of peddlers, reseller's it is in my blood. I have some stories. Here is one for y'all.. went to a thrift store, they just pushed in a "bin". I was right there and saw Beatles albums, each one was 59 cents. I bought all of them and sold them for about $100.00 each. But the prize was the famed " Butcher cover" I sold it to a collector for 500.00! Not a bad return for 59 cents!
OMG. I have 60 small old marbles. They wanted .20 ea. I bought the small milk creamer they were in so the person threw in the marbles for free!

Hi Dr Lori I have 2 very very old choker pieces from my Grandmas. Probably 80 to 100 yrs old. Im 63. I love to design and repurpose. I would love your input on whether I should break up the two pieces and make something for all my 3 sister. Im not sure if the turqoise are real also. I m n9r sure how to value them. Carelessness or possibly not paying attention to value..I work at a thriftstore and see it all the time, very very sad.
I just bought a buckle that I felt it was silver and took a chance, it was 3 dollars got it home and yep silver

I have some jewelry that I got from my ex's mom. I don't wear jewelry and I don't know about brands so I gave some to my daughter and my daughter didn't like them she love shein 😊she gave some to her school friends and they sold them for a good $ and I thought they wouldn't have any value they weren't gold and they were attracted by a magnet, but apparently they were artjewelry and that was the reason why they were worth $ 😢😖☹️🥺
