Great demo! I looked through the description and I could not see where you listed the guitar that you were playing. What were you using into that 65 reverb profile?
how do OD-3 owners here set up their tone knob in relation to the amp settings? When I have my tone knob in the middle position, it doesn't sound at all like in these videos. I am a bit disappointed by it since it sounds terribly harsh and ice picky. I run some Dimarzio Areas and a PAF Master through this pedal into a Marshall DSL5 and it just makes my ears bleed. Especially Pick Attacks sound like an ice pick against a wall of glass. Tone Knobs on the guitar down to where it looses definition and amp's treble at almost zero... I just can't seem to dial in these kind of tones we hear in this awesome demo
Try to adjust the amp knobs as well. Every pedal needs pairing adjustments with different amps. I use od-3 with fender deluxe reverb and vox ac 30 and it sounds killer with both. Just need to tweak the amp settings to match the pedal.
Try to set your DSL5 on the crunch channel rather than the clean channel, this will modify the overall frequency of your core tone, and the pedal should respond in a very different way. So go for a fat gritty clean sound from your amp, and then start adding pedals.
Look man.. good clean sound = killer overdrive and distortions, no matter what configuration you have in the pedal… its all about the clean. After that its when you have to press the overdrive and whatever you want :D
To the left you cut treble, to the right you add treble. It all depends on which guitar, pickups and which amplifier you are using. Thanks for watching!
I love the format - all music and NO talking.
Thanks for watching!
agree
One of the best pedals out there. My goto to pedal.
Dude, this pedal is legit. It's my go-to for all my gigs and jam sessions. Can't recommend it enough!
The playing was extremely enjoyable. So groovy. Thanks for the excellent demo!
Perfect riffage for the demo. Really shows the range of the pedal. Nice job.
Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Boss's best pedal
One of the best Boss pedals, there are other very good models too! SD-1 as an overdrive is a good example too.
@@alefty4463Blues Driver is nice, but I can’t stand the crackly note decay. It’s a dealbreaker for me.
А как же Angry Driver ?
I like it with the drive turned up and tone turned down.
Thanks for watching!
Great format, great playing, great sound!
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for watching!
Beautiful guitar video ! Great sound, play and feeling ! 🙌 !
Thank you!
Thank's for the video. Great playing!
Thank you!

Thanks for watching! In the demo, I was using a 1989 Gibson Les Paul Custom with 57 PAF reproduction pickups.
@ I thought it sounded like a LP. Who made the pups?
thanks for this presentation, i will buy it I think...
Thanks for watching!
Wow that the best review for this pedal and bluesy sound from underrated pedal.
Thank you!
Esse vídeo me fez comprar um od3
Fico feliz que tenha gostado! Obrigado por assistir e comentar. 😉👊🏻
Fantastic video great sound ! Miked amp or modeler ? Thank you !
65 Fender Twin Reverb profile. Thanks for watching!
Sounds like a good ZZ Top style pedal.
Thank you for watching and commenting!
I have not played one of these. Although this is named an "overdrive" it seems to be a bit closer to the DS-1 than the SD-1.
Nice, but it’s sad that almost everybody forget to show (ok here is you have shown it for 5 second) lowest setting of drive
Thanks for watching!

I keep my drive almost all the way down as well as the tone and call it my Jazz pedal....😎
Thanks for watching!
This pedal depends on the right pickup.
No doubt, thanks for watching!
Qual é a diferença entre ele e o OD1?
The OD3 is thick and fat. Not as much emphasis on mid range.
The tone knob.
This is really the video you wanna watch.
Thank you!
Все хорошо, но с увеличением гейна заметно поднимается шум от педали
