It’s impossible for most of us to pick a favorite Angelina song. How do you compare 9 year old Angelina ‘s amazing cover of I Put a Spell on You with her performance of Bohemian Rhapsody at 13 or Bad Valentine now at 18? She covers an amazing amount of musical territory, and we are continually surprised as she breaks old rules with her musicality. I have few dozen that are in my favorites list. I listen to Angelina everyday.

He is also the music director of Republic Records, the music company she is signed with. The beehive hairstyle was to honor Priscilla Presley and the time period she met Elvis. The black suit and red guitar was a classic look for Elvis from his comeback concert. What a performance and homage to The King!

What I get from this. The whole song/video is a tribute to one of her favorite mentors (another one that left far too early), also with a nod to her own growth, thanks Meri. That first note especially was her Elvis opening. Doesn't she have an amazing talent to take a song and reduce it down to the core intention of the writer with her editing and emotionally charged delivery?
