I think Mulan could most possibly be a Dragon Knight, they have dragon companions who level up/grow up as the player does. Dragon Knights get to rule over some dragons because of them being in devout families that lay their lives down to protect and raise their dragon companions (Could be wrong, still looking into them). I have a player in my DnD game who is one and that kind of dynamic can be absolutely adoreable!

I also feel that Tiana would make a good druid. Dr. Facilier I can see would be more of a warlock type because warlocks derive their magical abilities from the entity that they make their pact with.

I always imagined Simba as a Bard, his teachers being Timon and Pumba. Bard’s being the less serious of the classes and I feel like being told not to have worries would be the best introduction to being a Bard. Tabaxi for sure but now there is Leonidas which has thrown me into a loop 🤪🤣

It references the fact that the characters are from all over the place, the different corners of the world, and they are all different classes, too. Cornerstones are also something that needs to be very stable and secure areas in a foundation. It also just gives me the vibes of a dnd campaign.

i think what i love most about these designs (besides your gorgeous style!) is that you dont make the princesses overly sexy, or cutesy. It's so refreshing!
Mulan would deffinetly be a Samurai (real world stuff aside) the fighting style works perfectly, by using only a one/two handed sword and no shield, and a bow. And a fighter could deffinetly befriend a psuedo dragon (they usually like mages, but they have their own likes).
I can actually imagine Mulan being primarily a paladin with a custom Oath of Family or normal Oath of the Crown or even a different kind of cleric. Perhaps a trickery domain (because plot) with a less “I worship a god” and more “I worship my ancestors” sort of idea. I could actually consider her an unwilling warlock pact of the chain; undying maybe(?) because ghosts or even archery (reflavored to be ancestor spirits, of course). The idea for the warlock is that she gets the power as long as she doesn’t dishonor her family, having to stick to a code. She would not use eldritch blast, like most do, but rather spells like chill touch that summons a hand of her long-dead great great grandmother to touch someone on the shoulder and chill them to the bone.

While watching this for the 18th time, I realized that Mulan feels exactly like her Disney self, maybe a point in time after the movies where she got promoted. No twist, new take, or new powers. Made me realize again how badass Mulan is, she don't need no powers to kick someone's ass. I just love her. And the design, especially Mushu, is awesome
Alice, is definitely a barbarian. She rages her way through wonderland angrily confronting the NPCs as she bungles her way through many traps by activating them and surviving their effects. And never forgets to rage!
Maybe she could be some kind of alchemist. Since you know she eats all the weird foods and different things happen to her. So she harnessed the powers of the foods and made potions instead.
You know the main character from brother bear? I don’t know his name.. but he gets cursed to turn into a bear for the duration of the film. I can imagine him being a Druid and being able to turn into a massive bear on command, but also being good with weapons like his spear... Can druids use weapons good or would he have to multi class?
@@secretlyditto7716 Druids can be good with weapons, especially with the fun spell shillelagh which can be applied on any wooden weapon and makes them hit for d8 damage and counts as magic damage for the purpose of overcoming DR. One person in my D&D group made a Druid that focused on strength.. they ended up so strong that one of their main methods of attack was yeeting a giant log at his enemies, or sometimes party members (namely the dwarf. he tossed the dwarf a lot), and even his own house was designed so he could pick it up and toss it. xD it was hilarious. the legacy of Gikz the Druid lives on to this day.
A rogue with an entertainer background. She could be a swashbuckler to give her more reasons to have high charisma, or ditch that and make her an arcane trickster since she's wanted for "corrupting people with her magic".
I figured mulan would be Paladin due to how strongly honor and family work into her story. The oath she has to her family and to the army would be interesting to work with
See, I'd think Samauri tends to fit her better, simply based on what it does. Crown and Cavalier (the knight subclass in fighter) specialize in protection and drawing attention and blows to yourself while punishing enemies otherwise. Samauri is about pushing your limits and the drive to succeed, either for your lord/commander/emperor or just for your own reasons.
@@BlueDavrial DnD can be whatever you want it to be , it doesn't even have to be in a fantasy setting and you can play it in a SIfi setting. the rules can be used more like a template for how you want to play the game, because this game is based on imagination. you can even be a goblin chef if you want to.
These turned out amazing! I especially loved Mulan and Merida! If you do more, I’d love to see beast master Lilo (+Stitch) or maybe something with Kuzco! They both deserve more attention than they typically get

I couldn't help but keep saying "that's so cool!" everytime I began to see how the character was turning out. They look so freaking awesome! I love medieval-fantasy style outfits like these. Mulan was definitely my favorite.
In my opinion, Mulan excels at martial arts and she could easily match way of kensei or open hand I would've also said Tarzan is either a druid or a Beast Master Ranger, but if ur not trying to repeat classes I can see how barbarian makes sense

Archery is one of four fighting styles available to the Ranger class (maybe more in supplements). All four fighting styles, including archery, are available to the Fighter class. Nevertheless, the archery fighting style is iconic for the Ranger! ;)
Ranger is also at home in the wilderness, which makes it perfect for Merida! :) And she uses magic like, twice - once to cause a problem to fix another problem, once to fix the problem caused by the first time she tried using magic to fix a problem.
I really wanna see a re-design of Peter Pan and Tinker Bell. They're honestly some of my personal favorites and I just feel like they would look really cool.

Idk DnD classes since no one around me has an interest and I can't play, but if there was a class that could like focus on enemy and neutral mob manipulation or Necromancer (since death is like sleeping and Snow 'died') but honestly this can cross wires with Aurora, too soooooo 🤷🏾♀️ I'm sorry I'm not creative.

Alicias Idea would also fit because the circle of the sheperd subclass for druids specializes in summoning animals or other woodland creatures and letting them fight for you

Tarzan: A man born and raised in the wild discovering finally civilization because of a beautiful girl he met and now is searching to find her again.

I think he would be primarily a rogue with maybe 1 or 2 lvls in warlock. He would have the urchin background, instead of a rat or hamster as animal he got a monkey. Or if he was 3th lvl warlock he would have chosen pact of the chain.

Mulan would deffinetly be a Samurai (real world stuff aside) the fighting style works perfectly, by using only a one/two handed sword and no shield, and a bow. And a fighter could deffinetly befriend a psuedo dragon (they usually like mages, but they have their own likes).
I can actually imagine Mulan being primarily a paladin with a custom Oath of Family or normal Oath of the Crown or even a different kind of cleric. Perhaps a trickery domain (because plot) with a less “I worship a god” and more “I worship my ancestors” sort of idea. I could actually consider her an unwilling warlock pact of the chain; undying maybe(?) because ghosts or even archery (reflavored to be ancestor spirits, of course). The idea for the warlock is that she gets the power as long as she doesn’t dishonor her family, having to stick to a code. She would not use eldritch blast, like most do, but rather spells like chill touch that summons a hand of her long-dead great great grandmother to touch someone on the shoulder and chill them to the bone.

While watching this for the 18th time, I realized that Mulan feels exactly like her Disney self, maybe a point in time after the movies where she got promoted. No twist, new take, or new powers. Made me realize again how badass Mulan is, she don't need no powers to kick someone's ass. I just love her.
And the design, especially Mushu, is awesome

Alice, is definitely a barbarian. She rages her way through wonderland angrily confronting the NPCs as she bungles her way through many traps by activating them and surviving their effects. And never forgets to rage!
Maybe she could be some kind of alchemist. Since you know she eats all the weird foods and different things happen to her. So she harnessed the powers of the foods and made potions instead.

You know the main character from brother bear? I don’t know his name.. but he gets cursed to turn into a bear for the duration of the film. I can imagine him being a Druid and being able to turn into a massive bear on command, but also being good with weapons like his spear... Can druids use weapons good or would he have to multi class?
@@secretlyditto7716 Druids can be good with weapons, especially with the fun spell shillelagh which can be applied on any wooden weapon and makes them hit for d8 damage and counts as magic damage for the purpose of overcoming DR.
One person in my D&D group made a Druid that focused on strength.. they ended up so strong that one of their main methods of attack was yeeting a giant log at his enemies, or sometimes party members (namely the dwarf. he tossed the dwarf a lot), and even his own house was designed so he could pick it up and toss it. xD it was hilarious. the legacy of Gikz the Druid lives on to this day.

See, I'd think Samauri tends to fit her better, simply based on what it does. Crown and Cavalier (the knight subclass in fighter) specialize in protection and drawing attention and blows to yourself while punishing enemies otherwise. Samauri is about pushing your limits and the drive to succeed, either for your lord/commander/emperor or just for your own reasons.

@@BlueDavrial DnD can be whatever you want it to be , it doesn't even have to be in a fantasy setting and you can play it in a SIfi setting. the rules can be used more like a template for how you want to play the game, because this game is based on imagination.

Archery is one of four fighting styles available to the Ranger class (maybe more in supplements). All four fighting styles, including archery, are available to the Fighter class. Nevertheless, the archery fighting style is iconic for the Ranger! ;)
Ranger is also at home in the wilderness, which makes it perfect for Merida! :) And she uses magic like, twice - once to cause a problem to fix another problem, once to fix the problem caused by the first time she tried using magic to fix a problem.

Idk DnD classes since no one around me has an interest and I can't play, but if there was a class that could like focus on enemy and neutral mob manipulation or Necromancer (since death is like sleeping and Snow 'died') but honestly this can cross wires with Aurora, too soooooo 🤷🏾♀️ I'm sorry I'm not creative.

Spit balling backstories:
Arial: Half merfolk that might be the daughter of a sea god trying to cure a curse placed on her that stole her voice
Mulan: A daughter of a general with a draconic like ancestor from the east traveling the world to train and will return to her country to defend it against invaders.
Merida: A nobility on a quest to find a cure or a way to dispel a curse on her mother that turned her into a black bear.
Tarzan: A man born and raised in the wild discovering finally civilization because of a beautiful girl he met and now is searching to find her again.
This is sooo cool! You could draw Simba from Lion King as a tabaxi, though I'm not sure what class he could possibly be xD

He won a lot of land so he bought a large kingdom and his guild has spread to the southeast. He has since past but the Logo is his favorite character he drew, a mouse named Mickey and his friends.

I think he would be primarily a rogue with maybe 1 or 2 lvls in warlock. He would have the urchin background, instead of a rat or hamster as animal he got a monkey. Or if he was 3th lvl warlock he would have chosen pact of the chain.

So true!! One of my friends tried to use a mermaid as a character in one of our short games, but we had to make a whole new character on the spot because the other characters couldn't very well walk along a stream throughout the whole campaign

When I was a child I loved Tarzan so much that I told everyone that he was my husband. I'm so happy you did my favorite characters in this sort of "redesign serie": Tarzan, Mulan and Belle! I loved all the designs and the reasoning you put behind them, my only regret is not discovering you sooner!
