Spuds fans are just an extreme version of rest of the fans of EPL ...they are simply scared of Arsenal winning the league .
Some will still condemn Arsenal for not winning the league and even ridicule Arsenal by calling them names. But, I don't believe that. City is one incredible team in the world. Competing with them is difficult. I mean, this is prime Barcelona/Real Madrid stuff.
Arsenal have done all they could. I doubt any team can really compete with city right now as Arsenal is doing. They deserve all accolades they get. Just to push city till this moment is incredible. Let’s be fair. As an Arsenal fan, if it was the other way round I would debate throwing a CL spot rather than Tottenham winning a league. Having said that, Tottenham fans do think about Arsenal too much. I witness it first hand. it comes down to envy, having seen Arsenal win considerably more over the years. Tottenham are the neighbours trying to keep up with the jones.
