That woman who killed her husband and then tried to kill her daughter is a monster. Her daughter must have been devastated to find out what her mother had done.

@@IrieFiery You will agree with me that our ''modern' days are even worse with the high rates of abortion (murdering babies for convenience and economic reasons, as millions of babies are killed in health centres in US and worldwide caused by our unwillingness to abstain from sex until marriage and by immoral lifestyles),systematic child slavery in poor countries tactically and subtly supported by western and other powers right under our noses secretly accepted, child soldiers, pedophilia, child marriages, using children for commercial gain, child homelessness, abusive foster parenting of children with subtle involvement of social workers, etc. Also, remember, in pre-historic and medieval times before arrival of Christianity, there were certain draconian rules people followed consistently to serve certain purposes in the society, which affected children, some of which were very bad. Apparently, the season of the old testament is done with. We are in the new testament. No Christians go about killing their children for being unruly, something Jesus never supports. Maybe the Islamic faith supports doing that to their children who leave their religion, or send their children to Jihad for ''god''. The best we can do to unruly children is to correct them, reprimand when necessary, and show them love. Children need guidance into the right things and should not be left to grow boundless into rebellion, the symptoms of which are rampant in the ''advanced'' societies today and causing societal crisis (school shooting, suicide, drugs, patricide and matricide, etc). For example, if left alone, without control, children will prefer to eat chocolate, ice cream and marshmallows all day, which is not good for their health, while parental guidance and correction will show them that they need better nutrients from veggies, fruits, herbs also. By the way, do you support unruly behaviour? If not, why are you worried about the old laws that are no longer practiced, but fulfilled certain societal controls in those days? Because the woke culture among young ones today is alarming, causing depression, drugs, suicide, hate, sexual dysphoria, unrealistic materialism, police hate, vandalism, intolerance to opinion of those who don't agree and affirm their wokeness, and selfishness, we certainly need some kind of reprimand for unruliness.

I've been a heart patient since age 7, I knew all my medications better than my parents. I even stopped a nurse from giving me the wrong pills. That nurse nearly passed out, when she noticed what she almost gave me. She admitted, I would have died, if I took that medication. She, the nurse, turned all shades of color within seconds. She apologized and I, nor the nurse, mentioned it to anyone else. I was 14 years young. I had my 2nd open heart (tricuspid valve replacement) due to my mom refusing me my blood thinner, at age 14. My first was at age 13. It was a bad time. So, yes, I would question anyone giving me any unknown medication. You have to realize I was a patient since age 7.

You know they have changed the story and they said that she died at the doorway of a home she was trying to get into. They said she had been in the woods for days headed towards the house and was banging but no one was home. She died at the doorway. In this documentary they say she died at the hospital. She was one crazy women. She tried to kill her son and poisoned some childhood friends drank something she made. She gave something to police who came to investigate the complaint something to drink who also became ill afterwards. Her son survived her because he left to join the priesthood. When I was a child, I lived in a very poor neighborhood. I was sick a lot. Was born with T.B. so my father says. He had T.B. as a teen. I had pneumonia twice. I also had these white arches at the bottom of my nails. When I left at the age of 9 and moved upstate I never got sick again and those white arches disappeared. I think those apartments had that lead paint pealing off the walls, could have been poisoning me. I didn't get sick until after I was in my 40's. I haven't caught a cold in years.

Lol not true. The worst you have to worry about is right here on earth. That's such fairytale thinking - that good people will go to heaven and bad people will be going to hell. And all these people will be judged by some superior being upon their death. And all this based on morals that humans themselves have created. Five hundred years ago you were going to hell if you had sex before marriage lol! How can anyone believe such nonsense? There's absolutely no proof of anything on earth or in the universe to suggest that such a thing would be possible. Still regardless of what happens when we die and whatnot, the one thing that's certain 100% is that all people everyone are going to the same place, whatever that is. All signs point to that being the case. If there was singular being that created the entire universe, along with humans who have only existed for 200 thousand years of 4+ billion years of earth's existence, judgment wouldn't even enter the picture. The universe - the natural world, reality itself - doesn't work like that. Judgement is a purely human only characteristic. If a human centered god created the entire universe humans would have always existed. There would be no reason for this god to not be a verifiable, proven fact. Do you really believe humans are the focal or most important point of the whole universe or even our little earth!? Lol all I see is a false sense of superiority and a desperate attempt to explain the unexplainable and placate or soothe human only experienced fears. That and the potential to use religion as a tool to control people. Nothing else on earth or in the whole universe suggests that a god exists, or that, if a god did somehow exist, that humans would have been the central focus of this god and the entire existence of the universe. That's extremely narcissistic and delusional thinking at its finest. And again, a purely human only characteristic

@Towely Smokes I wonder if Marie had a form of Munchausen disorder and liked the attention of medical professionals and craved the kindness and sympathy she received after her husbands death and wanted to replicate it with her daughter. I am a mother of 4 daughters and the idea of hurting one of them is so abhorrent to me that I think we search to try and make sense of what corrupts the natural mothering love and instinct most women feel toward their children. RIP to the victims of this episode.

😨 This is scary. My Narcissist "boyfriend" keeps telling me about songs he listens to where the man sings about revenge a lot, and, he mentioned something about poisoning a woman, I jokingly asked him if he was going to do that to me. I'm kind of scared because I haven't given him sex and he's been love bombing and devaluing me a lot, and making indirect threats that somethings going to happen to me... I've asked him several times to be clear. Sigh.

I have made a lifetime habit to always check my medication. Sometimes a different manufacturer will give you the same med but it looks different so I never failed to check it. I did the same with my husband and I am so glad I did because once I picked up a prescription for his heart that looked different and if I hadn’t checked it the medication would have killed him.

its impressive how much in depth production the older versions of these shows went through. the cost alone for each episode had to be significant, and sadly the shows mostly went unnoticed by many, in favor of cold case or forensic files. of course many of the same cases are covered by all the shows , and these videos have been aired under a few names in the last few decades. often the episodes will have actual investigating police, actual doctors, family members of victims, neighbors, etc, its really impressive the lengths they went, all at a time when no one used cell phones, no one had internet.
