So, as a member of the military with a secret security clearance which is still in effect after retirement I could possibly get briefed and the leader of the opposition can't. How assenine is that, all the members of parliament should have a clearance, sounds like Pierre doesn't want to fill out the long forms to get one, I know how tedious that can be, lol...how can he even operate in his function without one?
