Great work and fantastic Video!
Thank you very much!
Love this, the photo look incredible love how it was edited at the end
Thanks so much! So glad to hear it :)
Most data in RAW files is actually stored in the top third of the histogram. So it's actually safer to shoot overexposed rather than underexposed and you'll get much higher quality images. Just a random thought 🤷😊
Thanks for the tip! I’ve typically been burned before with overexposing and it was a nightmare trying to get that data back. Let me try it next time!
@@AnnaMarkiewiczPhotography assuming you aren't clipping. Which isn't recoverable .. also, I'm in the springs if you ever wanna collab :)
@@Sam5cottyes I typically try to look at my histogram to make sure that doesn’t happen! I’d love to collab! Feel free to message me on my Instagram! @annamarkiewiczphotos
Damn! such good stuff here. A couple of questions. I see the red light come on before the flash I believe that is the focus assist on the trigger mounted in the shoe? Also you appear to be using the menu wheel quite frequently between shots even. What are you doing? And yes, I was thinking that the elbow would not work, but the final edit looks awesome. Thanks for posting always look forward to the next one.
Hey Tommy! Yes, usually with darker environments the red light tests the scene and focuses before the flash goes off!
I always was trying to adjust some settings based on how close or how far the flash was from the models! Sometimes it was too strong or too weak
I would think you would have done that from the trigger wheel turning down the AD200 power level. But I think you are telling me you were working the ISO?@@AnnaMarkiewiczPhotography
@TommyBoy3D correct, I was adjusting the ISO :)
Interesting Anna. You must find that fast and more reliable. I know sometimes the trigger has trouble talking to the flash. Thx.@@AnnaMarkiewiczPhotography
How did you find this location and arrange with the owners to allow the photo shoot? Did you have to pay to use this location? Any tips how to find other locations like this? I guess that could be a video in itself.
I mentioned it in the video but asking for permission helps a lot! Just let them know how many people will be there and what hours are safe to do the shoot and with a few emails back and forth to solidify dates you are set! I can definitely create a video for this 😊
@@AnnaMarkiewiczPhotography I meant to ask how you initially found this specific location. If I wanted to do this in my city, would you recommend I just start cold calling restaurant owners? Or is there a better approach for the initial touchpoint?
