My head canon is that Dr. D is actually Phelan as an old man, finally driven to madness by these movies. He invented a belt that lets him lazily go into the movies where he attempts to stop them. But true evil... can never be stopped.
We need David Schultz to reclaim the title of Dr. D, like he did with John Stossel!

My theory about the empty chair, is that a character was supposed to sit on it (Santa?), but the quality control/edit is so crap, that we just get three idiots speak as they face an ordinary utility object:
"Earth looks so peaceful. The world's this masterpiece. Only a brilliant and gentle civilization can manufacture such a comfortable and eye pleasing piece of furniture."
"We must save Pierre! ...After I calmly end to pay tribute to the masterful velvet sewing work put into this admirable one legged chair"
So...the plot of the movie is about Santa's brigade that forces Christmas on everyone, which has a old Jon Arbuckle no-clipping to go against a gay human-version of Brainaic...'kay.
He can walk through walls, disappear, and fly. Guess who's time is up now? Looks like you'll be using that OAXIS money for a team of lawyers.

This movie's plot could pretty well be transformed some sort of 70-esque proge-rock musical.
It's really sad cause with a lot of these movies you can sit there and think "Well the story and concept itself isn't terrible, it just had a poor execution". Like I could honestly see this being like a Christmas special on Cartoon Network if it was written and animated better.
With better production, you could make a series of it on a Christian channel, or make it something like The Care Bears.

The Christmas Brigade: Endgame. They use the mindcloud to save the Christmas light from Dr. D, from not feeling so good. Santa returns to normal height and Dr.D becomes a farmer.

Well, that was a horrifying revelation to know that The Christmas Light had a sequel. These movies, man. I mean, at least Dingo cartoons had the distinction of being bad in an entertaining way.

The fact that this movie recap the first movie, it made me think about other movies doing that, than it just hit me.
Disney sort of did that with Fantasia 2000. They repeated the famous sorcerer's apprentice segment from the first Fantasia for their sequel.

If they ever made another of these video's I'm sure we can expect the following :a fifteen minute plot stretched to 100, complete with recap of the Christmas Light and the Christmas Brigade including the recap in that movie, more singing and five minutes of Santa saying Ho Ho Ho. And who can forget Issaac's new inventions that allows for telepathy, eliminating the need for mouth flaps, and shapeshifting that malfunctions and causes everyone to look and sound the same.
If that existed, it would be in every thrift shop in America!
With the soundtrack being stock music, and the voice acting being text to speech
