Hi! I believe I'm flying this aircraft soon - I got confused as to whether or not the seats reclined. I called to ask if being seated in front of a wall would obstruct reclining, and was told none of them recline. Was this true? Nice video!
Hey, thanks for your comment! To answer your question, yes. I was seated in 50A and my seat could recline and more than you would expect for a budget airline. I’m not sure about the Emergency Exit row or the seat in front of a wall but most of the seats I saw were reclined by the person sitting in them. Again, thanks for your comment!
Nicely done mate keep up the great work. It really look interesting Honolulu Airport, the whole open air style looks quite unique! I've only been to the mainland States so always been intrigued to see what Hawaii is like so thanks for showcasing it! Jetstar looks like a pretty viable way to go if wanting to forgo a few frills to save some cash. I heard recently that Qantas are upgrading from 330's to 787-9 on the same route which probably will offer more options for cashed up premium flyers going to Hawaii!
Yeah, I saw that Qantas were switching aircraft as well. I think they thought well about this choice because the 787-9 is newer so people can fly to Hawaii with a little bit more class. Thank you so much for your comment!

Great flight review! Enjoyed it a lot. Honestly, for long haul, the Jetstar 787 doesn't seem too bad at all. I'm flying them to Japan in May and am quite excited to see that they're gonna be like ahahaha I hope to see more flight reviews from you in the future!

@@Levi.Collier I take this flight about every 6 months. No WiFi unfortunately. I live in Hawaii but have family in Queensland. It's a totally fine experience on that 787. What I don't like is the connecting flight from Sydney to Gold Coast. Those planes are cramped and ugly inside.

@@alanr.spector8197 Yeah, I have flown Jetstar domestic quite a bit and it isn’t great. Qantas and Virgin are definitely my go to when flying domestic in Australia but they can get quite expensive.

How much did you pay to fly Jetstar?I pay less than $400 for a 1 way flight from Honolulu to Sydney return and it's really cheap, but I would not fly 10 hour low cost airline to pay to watch movie and it's so annoying.
So to me it seems fine. Hundreds of dollars less than Quantis , I’m cool with paying or bringing my own food. Rude staff as long as you know how to handle n emergency, we cool. I’m not there to hang out with flight crew. Like Quantis, they don’t want to hang with me.
Yeah, Jetstar is definitely a great option for travel compared to Qantas. They are much cheaper and in my experience the staff were really nice but I have had they can be quite rude. Thanks for watching!
@@Levi.Collier i have never liked Jetstar always late rude cabin crew and international business class doesn’t even feel like it i am always Qantas on domestic flights and some international flights but mostly Emirates on international flights

Did you know you can go to the Qantas transfer desk to and they put you on bus to Sydney Domestic ?
