Let's Play Touhou 13.5 - Hopeless Masquerade - Miko Story stages 1-5

Aah, good old Miko. I would say that she's my best character in the game, easy to learn and good with combos. Miko is a very tanky character, having a lot of strong attacks that hit fast. Her main weakness though is hitting vertically. There are ways to cover this of course, so not much to worry about.
Miko's gimmick is that she can gather not only popularity, but also desire. Normally, her cape is purple, which is standard desire. In this state, her danmaku and attacks are average, of course. The cape can turn blue with low desire, which also weakens all of her attacks, or red for the opposite effect. Not much else to say about the gimmick here, and not a difficult one to learn either.
Because it felt right, I went with a Taoism set for Miko. That's what made the standard danmaku attacks hard to hit, but fast and hard hitting when they did. Youkai and Shinto work well with her too, but I can honestly not judge Buddhism as it's the hardest to use type.
