    I use the salt from the capers when grilling salmon. It gives the salmon a fantastic salty capery flavour.

    We do it differently in my country. After about 4 days we rinse off the excess salt thoroughly and bottle it in jars in 50 50 concentration of water and vinegar.. It brings out the real taste of the capers and healthier because its salt free

    I grow capers in Phoenix, AZ but I harvest and brine the berries. You should give it a try!

    I like caper fruit even better than caper berries. I found them one time at Big Lots, of all places. In the US, Big Lots is an odd sort of discount store. I bought a few jars and haven't seen them anywhere since. I've thought about trying to grow my own plant just to get them. Of course, I could probably order them online for some insane amount of money, I haven't looked.

    I'm salting Farang / Guava Buds as Capers I live in Isaan Thailand so Capers are only available in big Cities or expensive online. I'm craving Pasta Puttanesca 🙏😊

    could you show us how to make authentic Italian sausage and pepperoni pls? I live in a tropical country, is it okay to hang and dry them outside the sun?
