The hair is amazing and I love the creativity in the concept. I just wish there was more, like clothing and/or customization to the body paint or tail/fins so that it fits more into the whole snail concept. But I LOVE her face and makeup. The bold eyebrows so high fashion and I look forward to seeing more from you.

How do you keep the teal head piece in one piece when taking the head off? I’m working on my first repaint and when I took the head off, it was so much work that I ended up taking everything out. :-/
I've seen other repaints where the artists would put the head in hot water for a while to get the head soft enough. Then they would gently pull the head off. Dollightful has a video on that if you want a visual explanation :)
You can also use your warm breath (this is what I'm doing:)) ) or a hairdryer for 10-20 seconds:) So the warmer and softer vinyl head will pop down easier, without broking the teal head piece.
It is a very good question, but I used real shell just because of the shape. As you can see, on the shell have some tongues and I didn't want to create a regular smooth shell. Plus it was a bit easier to attach an existing shell instead of sculpting it:)
