Just finished putting away our do decorations for another year. Now we're just hunkering down for a couple cold months then we start getting our camper ready for another season of land yachting. Believe it or not, I glean traveling info from your videos. Hope you had a great holiday.
@@SailingZephyr , we have a standing date with a resort campground for the spring in Lancaster PA. It's really really nice. The indoor swimming pool was the seller there. Full hookups so we're real comfortable in the home away from home on wheels. Then we bring the camper home, clean it up, do some maintenance and upgrades then we're off to West Virginia. It's one of my favorite places in the US to camp. I've also got one, maybe two motorcycle camping trips this summer. I usually do that by myself. My Mrs needs amenities and my little tent does not fit that definition. Me? I love it. It's that whole cowboy riding the range living out of your saddlebags thing every kid dreams about. Ok, it's not really a horse and I don't eat beans every night but I do cook over a fire and I meet awesome people from all over. Sometimes we fly out west for a couple weeks, rent a bike and ride Wyoming, Montana, the Dakota's, Colorado, Idaho and wherever we decide to go. I pick the roads, she picks the hotels, works out great! We actually just got back from a two week trip to Germany with our sons and daughters in law. We were there through Thanksgiving. It was a different city every couple days, lots of great food and beer. Had a blast.
Glad that the damage to Zephyr is not too bad and that the marina will repair her. Hope you had a Merry Christmas with your family and Red. Again - so love your videos. Thank you for sharing.

You guys are having a great expadition. Am enjoying the land as well as the ocean clips. I remember Barefoot life at nany cay, in the BVI great to see it is back to life and cruising, our boat Neils Dream was one of the mangle of boats at Nanny cay. Keep cruising we may cross tracks with you our new boat is in the med, S/V Still Dreaming. Love that Canadian Flag. from two canadian cruisers, merry Christmas and best wishes for the years ahead.
In the fifties (1950s that is) we had live wax candles lighted on the tree. Looking back, amazing I never heard of any tree being ablaze. Most likely just poor news reporting. P.S. That was in Germany.
