Hotkeys i would guess. They act probably Like Minions, Like chen or Visage. So He used the hotkeys for the Minion spell (in that Case) silence and voila.

How did you cast Silencer's ult at 15:53? You didn't select him. And as far as I know there are no commands to cast quitter heroes spells, am I wrong?

Yeah, I also didn't see the cursor pointing to the silencer hero.
Even until I set the video speed to 0.25 it still doesn't show the cursor pointing up the image of the hero silencer. 🤔
you can assign number to controlled units by ctrl+1, 2, 3, 4 etc. He probably assigned silencer to some number and pressed it then select it and cast ulti. İts simple like this: Press 2 + R. its like miliseconds to do that.
Some checked the game and found that they all were in a party before they left, must have had it set up from the start
