Going to your first therapy session is absolutely horrific. It's so draining and you feel so exposed and vulnerable. You also feel the enormity of everything you've been through all at once and it can be too much to cope with. This is a very realistic take on the subject.

I guess this segment is to help anyone who is dealing with a lot of stress; to encourage them to get therapeutic help to deal with past issues and tramas so they don't rule your present or your future.
