Walmart and target do that a lot, if there are a lot of figured sitting on the pegs, they don't bring out new stock. So it stays in the back. Maybe someone got an associate to get it from the back and didn't end up buying or maybe saw a transformer figure that they preferred and just sat it down. I sometimes return preorders to the store when they aren’t in high demand and I don’t want it anymore. I think someone just returned a ton old WWE superstars like that because a bunch of the ones that got clearanced out last year just popped back up and the boxes are worn
