It's so refreshing to having a happy ending one of those videos for change. And am so Betty truly reflected upon her actions saw what she was doing. She managed to see the real issue and did real soul searching on the matter and repented for her actions. Love it! 💖❤️
'Why shouldn't a child always want to live with their parent?' Sure, lady, and why don't you just put him back in your womb, so you can keep him with you forever? That's what you want, right?
Go back 100 or 200 years, farmers sons would marry and live near - NOT their families but their jobs, so many farms had a large house with smaller houses nearby for the married children.
This one was so nice. I find that most "crazy stunts" are pulled by people who are really scared and isolation is one of the worst ones. I'm glad everyone is happy this time.
Oml 😂 Please tell me im not the only one who caught the shark theme music from Jaws at 11:45 An Italian restaurant wouldnt be serving sashimi, they may serve pesce crudo, but other than it being raw fish, that's where the similarities end. IT IS NOT SASHIMI.
Is your responsibility to care for your child. They don't owe you for you choosing to have them. Thera no debt. Thinking you're entitled to their resources just because you did the job you chose to have is disgusting. They're not an investment, they're you're obligation. Their children will be their responsibility, and so on. You are owed nothing. If you do well, and cultivate a healthy, meaningful relationship with them throughout their lives they might just be inclined to offer you assistance and support later in life. But you're not entitled to that. Good parents raise independent children.
I liked this one quite a lot. A nice ending too. First time in a while the antagonist ACTUALLY took the opportunity given to her to reflect. I also liked how in the end she realized she was better off on her own.
Betty is wacky. Is she jealous that her son is moving in with his life, having a nice wife and a new place while leaving her alone? I didn’t finish the story but I get the feeling she’s a jealous controlling mama that doesn’t want to let go of her son and wants a newer place to live.
I really enjoyed the fullness of the story. I think it reflected well of mixture of human emotions and trying to understand others. One bad time should not equal a lifetime of regret.
I realize I hope I don’t have to deal with people like this, because I would not be this kind. «Do you want me to go off and die on my own?» I would answer, «Yes, actually, that would be lovely, could you?» I love it when they actually change for the better ♥️
I now live with my daughter, SIL and grandchild (10 yo). It can work out if you only share common areas. I also help with the kid's after school activities, do the dishes, etc. It can work, but boundaries are important.
I am in a similar boat. Mom, my daughter, granddaughter and I live in the same house. My daughter works, mom is disabled so I take care of the house and cooking Granddaughter is a shared responsibility. Works for us
Thats exactly how my husband is, hes very particular about the house, so he does the majority cause i can never do it his way, its easier that way, he actually enjoys doing the housework
So Betty doesn't understand that a savings account made for a child at birth, isn't money the parents just use Otherwise what's the point of an account for the child Yes we all fall on hard times, so maybe lower the amount for a little bit, but don't take money back
That money betty is giving is not being done out of the goodness of her heart or because she wants to help them out... it's all about her and how it will benefit her.. they aren't even married yet and she's already trying to boss the wife around, making outrageous demands. Why do these MIL believe they're owed something for raising children they laid down and had?... . Maybe if she wasn't such a losy person with a crappy personality, they would've let her move in. Why would they want to move in with her with the way she's acting?.. imagine living with this old bat.. it would be pure hell. I think betty was jealous of Julia's mom... had she sat down & thought about it, she'd see what she did wrong.. the difference between her and hazel is hazel wasn't trying to force them to let her move in.. she isn't the one that decided she's going to secretly sell her house and move into their home without even bothering to ask... Im glad she woke up though.. her actions was just pushing her son away.. if she thought she was lonely then she would be even more lonely now if she hadnt woke up and saw the upside.. she gained extra family (julia and hazel) and she'll eventually have grandkids she can spoil.
Aww, what a wholesome ending. 😊 I love stories where the husband is supportive, the antagonist changes their ways, and the wronged party forgives.
The new format cracks me up they create a group chat to talk when they are sitting side by side 😂 I just imagine people sitting silently just texting
My wife and daughters do that all the time.
The VA doing this with a cold really added to the story

To the man who was narrating: bless you. 🤧
He was probably holding his nose to get the congested sound xD

Poor thing is sick
The guy has a really bad cold. His voice changed and I can hear he has difficulty in breathing when reading. 😢
Good story, I'm glad she didn't end up begging on the Street's.
Wow!😀 great job from the voice actors! I am really enjoying it. Listen to the guy with his cold😂

Yeah, Unlike adopting a child or a pet and you take care of them because you made the option to adopt them
I agree with the comments. This was a nice change of pace.
If there were conditions attached to that money the MIL should have told the truth from the get go. Sneaky, lying woman.

Wow, this is a rare one. I wasn't expecting things to end in such a way, not from these stories anyway.

I love Hazel's accent
That money wasn’t a gift, it came with conditions (“so one day you can return the favor and take care of me in my old age”).
It was HER mother who said that, and HIS mom trying to move in. Different people.
Exactly! Her mother added the condition.
Check , would it not be cheque.
@@Anonymous98766-e yeah HER mother, not HIS mother. It was HIS mother moving in, not her's. HIS mother didn't even know about that condition.
Jay sounds like he has a cold.
That's what I thought too! Like damn poor buddy 😭
He did have one 😂
I think I caught jays cold.. 🤧🤒

Loved the happy ending. Need more like this!
Beautiful ending! My favorite
Poor VA. Seasonal allergies must be kicking his butt
Wow how refreshing to see an happy ending, even with the "bad side" turn good :D
Mad props to the male VA powering through the cold
It was off putting.
Betty doesn’t just have a chip on her shoulder, it’s a whole forest.
I love "drama mama" stories that have a redemption ending.
I realize I hope I don’t have to deal with people like this, because I would not be this kind. «Do you want me to go off and die on my own?» I would answer, «Yes, actually, that would be lovely, could you?»
I love it when they actually change for the better ♥️
Sashimi at an Italian restaurant?? Continuity please. Just a cursory look before posting please.
I don't think I've ever seen sashimi in an Italian restaurant.🤔
I now live with my daughter, SIL and grandchild (10 yo).

This was a sweet story ❤
Happy ending🎉😅❤
Thats exactly how my husband is, hes very particular about the house, so he does the majority cause i can never do it his way, its easier that way, he actually enjoys doing the housework
I think this is the only video where both parties have a good ending
Long but awesome ending 👏
Sashimi at an Italian restaurant? What doesn’t belong in this picture?
You took the words right out of my mouth!!
I haven’t been this early before
Poor guy has a cold 😂
Refuse her money, and move on. She can use the money from the sale of her house on a small place.
A reformed evil mother-in-law! Who knew?
Mother in law is faking being sorry

Yes we all fall on hard times, so maybe lower the amount for a little bit, but don't take money back
Erm, isn't it normal to pay for a mortgage for many years? We paid ours off finally after we'd been married 30 years (it was a pretty great day)
I can see why Betty has no friends
Sashimi... at an Italian restaurant???
If I’m going to have to listen to a huge advert I’m not listening anymore ok ..l
