My wife and I recently purchased one of these units. We camped out in it for the first time this past weekend. It is a love/hate camper for me. You have covered most of the good, here is a list of my disappointments. The solar panel is mounted just off from the ladder location - it would have been great if mounted at the front where you're not trying to walk. The tank valve rods are weak and flimsy. The tank knobs are the same color on our trailer, so it makes it a little difficult to just jump under and dump quickly. The heater is right under the awning and right in your main seating area. The awning placement probably couldn't be helped but it would have been great to have some kind of bumper on it or the door. We forgot a few times and our door smacked the awning arm. We ended up rigging a piece of pool noodle on it. The fire extinguisher in our trailer was mounted next to the bed. Well it was bumped one to many times and is now a floating fire extinguisher. The inside electronics are a nightmare. The tiny remote for the box to control zones/speakers has to be right in front of it for it to work. The only way we could get TV sound was through the trailer speakers and when powered on, both zones come on. Not sure our camping neighbors enjoyed hearing what we were watching in the am or late pm. I'm ready to just tear the multizone thermostat out. We could not find it noted anywhere that the table needs to be down for travel. At least we learned this and thankfully before the large window was taken out by the table moving around. There is no place to store the table legs when the table is broke down for travel. The table trays are great until you recline. The trays angle as you recline and anything...everything on them slides off and into your lap. The storage door to the right of the TV hits the mirror. We ended up attaching a dog squeaky toy to the handle to prevent breakage. Plus it now gives a humorous squeak when opened. You need to be 5'11" or taller to use the bathroom mirrors. The toilet is a joke and should have been porcelain. I know they were trying to save weight but this is one area they shouldn't have. I tried to contact Jayco on some of the issues. I also contacted the manufacturer of the thermostat. I haven't heard back yet. What probably made me knit-pic this trailer is the fact that our dealer let us leave the lot with a theater seat with a small tear in it. They tried to get us to take store credit and live with the tear. When we left they were going to try and get it covered under warranty. Jayco denied it. So they contacted us and were still trying to get us to take store credit. Now it is waiting to get reupholstered by their service department. We were told the service department would be contacting us. Over a week later and still no call! This is our 2nd camper we have owned. The first one was way older and sold back around 2012 or so. This one is way more advanced and we have learned not only do you need to shop for the best fitting trailer but also the best fitting dealer.
Thanks for showing the inside first. That will set you apart from so many others. We really care about the inside THEN the outside specs. Oh and the GVW and UVW first so thanks again. Great video and RV.
Can you renovate the murphy to have a table murphy instead of couch

Of all the 1/2 ton towable couples trailers, this is without a doubt the best looking, functioning one olon the market. To bad the prices are so ridiculously overpriced, else I'd buy one.

Nice job on this video. Disappointed that Jayco didn't make the dinette bench storage drawers! Love the Murphy bed but it should be in the lowered position while traveling, less stress on the single clasp.
I sleep in a recliner, but would still like the privacy of a bedroom to sleep in and change in. So, what I would like to see is a bedroom with recliners and a murphy bed for guests. But, that's just me. 😃
Sounds good to me too but then it would probably be too heavy for small tow vehicles. Unless we got rid of something.

Hello Mike, I'm a big fan and highly curious about the RV life. I'm very interested in Class B+ and Class C's. However I do not like slide outs. I do understand the differences and advantages and disadvantages. If possible can you change my mind with showing RVs with the slides in and the slides out? I seen a Coachman Class C with the slide out with maybe a full or queen bed which I liked because you can still access everything with the slide in. Are there any Jaycos that do not have slides and if not Jaycos that I can still have access to everything? Thank you. Very respectfully, Pax

Road mode: Can the Murphy be down in road mode with the slide in? It looks like it can, but you don't mention that - many 26' Murphy units don't allow that. Also, what is the electronic gizmo below the outlets on the left side of the Murphy?

How much?
Jayco should have all their RV's have 6'9" ceilings. Sure you can fit your 6' body in the shower skylight but if you bend your neck you'll hit your forehead on the shower ceiling.
I think I'd remodel this a lil. I'd take out the di ette and put in a dinette height long bar top with two chairs underneath so it can function as a desk and dining bar top. This dinette eats up too much floor space. And i hope it's a true queen bed.

It's nice, but the 19MRK is better in my opinion. I don't like how much weight the slide has to support with the 21MML
