Each episode of our new, original 10-episode series explores the science of movement through an educational lens, featuring one sport, one of the World’s Greatest athletes and an HSS clinician exploring the science behind these incredible feats of athleticism.

He can be the first shot putter with 3 gold medals and the first person over 24 m. I wish this fantastic athlete much success
@@videosuchen this will be an exciting shot put to watch
@@WorldsGreatest I will of course watch the competition in Paris. I come from Germany and saw Ulf Timmermann with the first 23 m throw in 1988. I'll keep my fingers crossed for your competition and believe that you can throw 24 m too.
@@videosuchen that’s cool that you witnessed that so many years ago. Exciting times now in shot put, too.
He got that 3rd gold but only got 75 ft 1 3/4 inches which is around 22.9 meters
@@jordan3119 the point is to win… long throws and world records are always second to winning
Great video of the greater shot put athlete! It would be great doing a extended video of ryan, with more information...
@@PadelisBaziotopoulos Yes, we love shooting with Ryan. Have you watched our Super Human Stories episode featuring him?
@@WorldsGreatest yes I have watched it... That's also were perfect!
I coach in a small high school in Mississippi and I preach Newton’s force equation Force = Mass X (Speed squared), but the next level is the centrifugal force equation. How do you maximize centrifugal force?
We’ll check with Ryan on that when he returns from competitions in Europe
