    The prices u guys mention in Ghana, are simply outrageously expensive. Do u know what $450k will get u in the USA, Australia, England, or Canada?

      How do you expect them to know when they’ve never left Kotoka Airport. Ghanaian think Ghana is the sh* 😂🤣

    This is a $250,000 house realistically. No doubt its beautiful.

      Not even. A few years back developers just swapped cedis for dollars. My father says the true value is still in cedis. So a $400,000 home is really only 400,000 Ghana cedis.

      You can build this house for under $100k. Don't let these realtors fool you. A lot of my friends are developers. Ghana is on some other bs, for real.

    This house is not worth $450,000. This is a joke... Ghanaians are getting greedy. The most I will say this house is worth is $250,000. The Ghana economy is not a good one, and inflation is very high as well as its debts. This house is not worth $450000 .

    • @TheChariot99

      I dare any Ghanaian to go to Nairobi and see how advanced and well finished and AFFORDABLE their houses are. You will come back to Ghana scratching your head. Ghana is a joke. This house is worth under $100,000 for how backwards Ghana is.

    • @victorm.2179
      @victorm.2179 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @TheChariot99 I am from the United States and have traveled to many countries, Ghana is not backward by any means, but people are greedy in Ghana. You are right that house is worth maybe $100,000 to maybe $200,000. You talk as if you are from Kenya, which is cool, but calling another African country backward is that problem Westerners have negative ideas and expectations about the continent of Africa. Lift each other instead of tear each other apart. Kenya and Ghana are both beautiful.

      @@victorm.2179 I hear you but the greediness of Ghanaians is very irritating to me. I feel they think we are stu1p and will pay this much like we are f00ls who don't know the worth of a proper house. i have met many Ghanaian developers and most dont care for change. They just care about $$

  • @jamesjasaki8913

    Is this house worth more than $ 400,000 USD? hmmmmm. With all the tiles in Ghana, why is every builder using the same white tiles in every new house? i don't understand the logic? There are so many beautiful tiles they could be using, but almost 80% of the builders use the same tiles. This is so strange

    • @TheChariot99
      @TheChariot99 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@stephenziga2319 You know what i can do with $150k just outside of Ghana? I can build myself a nice house, have solar and have my own damn road with solar street lights. FK THIS! Ghana is a just one big scam. What is my return on investment on a $150k house in Accra? lol I rest my case. It's Ghana Nothing justifies this house to be $150k even if it's in East Legon.

    • @stephenziga2319
      @stephenziga2319 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @TheChariot99 you can do all that you said in Ghana with USD 150,000. Including getting a plot of land for USD 4,000 in Shai Hills or dodowa. Just wanted to let you know that real estate is about location. You can find the same house they are selling in another place like oyibi for 200,000 USD.
      In East legon, the same house is selling for 450,000 USD

  • @babylorvbeats

    The thing about the price is, when they have lights off we are all going to sleep in the dark. lol. You can have a generator but it still not worth it.

    Not quite sure how to start 450k for this is the price should be 225K I have never seen this much lightning in a property of this size no wonder Ghana has an electricity problem.. There is no swimming pool and very little garden.What can you see from the balcony other houses nothing else. The name of the company is Dynamic Homes but there is very little that warrants the name.😊

  • @goon5301

    So overpriced! That's why the Developers use 2 years to sell 1 house..
    They will start reducing the price after 2 years when the house is sitting there & nobody is buying..
