I don't really understand the negative reply that people give sometimes. You did a good job. It was your first time. I've watched quite a few of these videos, and one day I want try it myself. But anyway, keep up the good work!!

    hi
I am in the process of attempting a repair of front machine guns on my corgi db5. The parts of the guns and release catch are exactly the same as that in your video. My puzzling question is how does the release catch release the guns ? When guns pushed back in does the release catch lock onto the spring itself as I cannot see any other slot or groove that it can possibly lock into. Please help and your video isnt rubbish at all!

Is there an easy way of re-attaching the roof? I've got the 261 version and bought a replacement roof on eBay, but I can't figure out how to attach it. The pins on the roof and the frame have got no 'give' in them, so I just cannot manouvere the pins into the holes in the frame. Any advice, please?

I have one which I would like to try and restore (at some point) and it's s almost the same as this one apart from the wheels and bond only has his face painted the rest of him is painted black, It also has 43702 printed under the ejector seat hood, so I am unsure which model I have as there are so many different ones. Great vid btw

If you keep it unpainted give it a good polish and shine. It's what I did with my corgi 261

I have since primed and painted it, but I would like to try the polishing idea on a future model... thank you for your feedback.
