To anyone who still doesn't get the difference between Gorou and other bow characters:
Gorou is cancelling NORMAL ATTACKS. Every bow character can cancel charged attacks but Gorou is the only one who can cancel normal attacks this fast, so he's the only one who can also use Yun Jin's buff, c6 fischl and 4pc echoes of an offering.
This works on mobile and pc too but it's just easier with a controller. Basically as soon as you press normal attack, you want to go to aiming mode. Doing that cancels the whole normal attack animation.
I saw a video where Tighnari can do this too but I'm still learning to do it myself with my Tighnari and tbh I'm on the verge of giving up lol

on mobile people used some macro, which is a 3rd pardy program, illegal for genshin
iirc Fischl used to be able to do something similar too

I'm quite confused with these comments. Some said try with other bow characters when it's already implied that only Gorou can do this.

It used to work for other bow characters as well. Ganyu for example, which is the reason some people said that.

It works with Venti too, I was playing Childe co-op and they were firing off like a machine gun.
venti mains do something else entirely, similar to amber mains. they usually have c1 which makes them shoot 2 extra arrows like a shotgun while amber mains have c1 which shoots an additional arrow. this gorou here is doing N1 into aim, while venti/amber mains actually use aimed shots, they just cancel the aim as soon as an arrow will shoot and repeat as soon as the animation is over
@@tomatozombie135 C0 venti shoots 1 additional arrow after the first normal attack if you don't aim. 1 normal attack = 2 arrows. Because of that, Venti's animation cancelling sequence is longer than Gorou's.

i think this is called ARCC in some circles. it works for all bow characters (as of 2.1 so they might have patched it for most bow characters). it's possible on keyboard, but it's a lot trickier than when done in controller (you can switch to 30fps to make it more efficient). it's faster than aim cancel, but more difficult to execute, with the upside being you don't need to aim
It only looks similar to ARCC but this is actually different. The main difference lies in the type of shot being fired. In ARCC (Aimed R Cancel Charged shot), a frame-perfect tech, you're firing an uncharged aimed shot on the same frame that you exit aim mode (specifics and other bow CA variations on Keqingmains and Bow Tae's channel). But here, Gorou is firing a normal attack. In terms of PC controls, what is being done is basically N1RR (a variation of machine gun Fischl or other bow character's N2RR, if you may) and does not require frame-perfect execution (in which 30fps setting helps). It's more preferred to be done on a controller because the "RR" only involves a press and release of a trigger/bumper unlike tapping R twice on a keyboard. Not to say it's not doable on KB&M as it can be just as fast (especially with a macro, but this could get you banned).
Now as to this working on Gorou alone, I'd say that's half false and half true. Half false because all bow characters can do NARR. Half true because Gorou can do N1RR the fastest. You can sort of test how fast/consistently/efficiently this can be done by any bow character by doing N1J (N1 Jump cancel) and you'll see that with Gorou you can immediately jump and still fire the N1 whereas for others you have to wait a bit before you jump or else the N1 gets cancelled.

definitely noticed may characters have various speeds on what shouldve been the same actions. totally trying it. on a side note, ganyu can enter aimed stance and exit it far faster than anyone else ive tried before seeing this.

Today I saw an ar 58-59 player join the same world where I was helping a low ar player doing domain. I saw him choose Garou and I was thinking "hmm? he's also a high ar player, wouldn't there be better characters to help finish the domain faster?" (I know it's up to them to play what they want but...still I was curious) after he showed me that trick...wow...impressive and I was like "Now I know y" lol

If somebody makes a program where it does this and you can customize the speed, Gorou will solo the whole Teyvat itself

@@chronopolize_jp I've been playing with a macro for a year now specifically for picking up items and did some in coop multiple times and I'm still not banned. Those you see on reddit that got banned for "using macros" are probably lying and possibly use more suspicious third party apps that exploit the game.

Well since Wallensteins explicitly stated that this is only possible with Gorou, the Amber you are talking about may be using a tool called Akebi GC. It has a lot of features; one of which is doing instant charged shots. However, I’ve never personally used it myself so I could be wrong.

I saw this kind of cancel attack with Tighnari (here in YT) and when I asked how they do it other people answered that it is because of Third party app so I never tried it myself cuz that might get me into trouble.

Update: since 4.1, some bilibili users said that using this bug in floor 12 of the spiral abyss in the CN server will cause it to not count. I dont have a CN account, so I cannot test this to be sure, but it seems to be working fine when i tried in global servers
i tried doing this, i get the quick shots but the camera moves left every time one arrow is shot, and the view is more the aim view than the not-aimed view like yours. it still does the same effect of damage, but its not handy since the camera keeps moving by itself, any tips?
Think of it like weapon recoil from fps games. Just slowly move your joystick to counter it.

@@silentkaze483 All bows characters aim to the left slightly, so if you shoot fast, your camera pans to the left quite a bit. I use machine gun Amber and the same thing happens, you have to bring the camera back constantly

the panning has a delay to it so if you release LT quick the camera won't / will barely move
Is this bug fixed? I got gorou recently and tried this but my gorou always aim at the ground but not the enemies. Maybe a few shot in the beginning hit npc but later the camera angle only fix on the ground. And I cannot aim properly like you in the vid

In mono Geo comps he’s the best character in the game, he’s extremely niche but extremely good at his niche. If you have and want to use Itto/Noelle/Albedo Gorou is SSS their support. Kind of like Shenhe for cryo but less expensive

2. Just use one auto clicker and put it on the aim button
3. Activate it
4. You just only need to spam basic attack (manual)
