Hmm. You bring up a good point about what if its someone you know personally, do you call them the pronoun they want. That is tricky. Thank goodness, these young people had the backbone and intellect to speak their minds, challenge this insanity. This is a mental health issue in my opinion. Anyone who speaks to a classroom as if they were a cat and refuses to answer questions about bathrooms in a disrespectful way, that is manipulative and is in need of a “safe space” needs to be in a psychiatrist office not in front of a classroom.

Hmm. You bring up a good point about what if its someone you know personally, do you call them the pronoun they want. That is tricky. I honestly don't think I could do it as I'd feel I'm sacrificing my morals just to appease someone else. I guess I'd have to think back to if they ever respected me first. For example I had a die hard atheist friend, we were best friends. But thinking back he never fully respected my views. He would sometimes crack anti-Christian jokes or say offensive things. So if he ever decided to become a she, I'd probably not call him a she as I know he couldn't respsect mine first.
