It's this generation they don't respect the pioneers and pay homage. Instead the new generation claims they are better than the pioneers. Like last year when Migos claimed that they are better than Bone Thugs-N-Harmony smh. The majority (Not everyone) of this new generation were raised with little or no morals and present zero respect for their elders.

Even if you adjusts for weight though tyson would have killed him. tyson hit so hard, so fast for his size that if you gave him that same margin of superiority that he had over heavyweights to him as a welterweight, he would still kick floyd out of the ring. think manny, but even faster and even stronger and better defense.
i get it's an unfair comparison, but i think tyson was more dominant in his prime than floyd has been at any point of his career (though overall floyd has been more consistent).

Watching Tyson's vulnerability and his humility is almost a battle cry to anyone willing to listen, im no threat, He dont want to hurt nor disrespect anyone. But wants the same respect in return. Very articulate in his approach, his child like innocence in wanting people to like and allow him to be ,simply himself a Father, husband,a friend and Overall human being that made mistakes in this imperfect world. Ultimately graduating along the way, starting with his own accountabilities.
MIKE Tyson, who speaks as if he holds back tears, while inviting comfort, spontaneous jokes and sheltered security when being around him. He shows his spirit in every interview ive watched of him rather good or bad he gave you authenticity unfiltered live and direct!

You gotta love Mike Tyson. What a damn shame that there isn't anybody like him today. The sport is struggling so badly and the excitement that he brought to the sport, is sorely missed. For all of Floyd's ability, he brought no such excitement. The fact is, Mike represented everything that any normal man would want to be; dominant over other men. My favorite boxer ever was Ali but not even Ali went in the ring and bombed his opponents out with the sort of verve that Mike did. Ali did it with finesse, speed and natural talent but not with a big punch. I'm not suggesting that Mike was better than Ali but there was certainly something very appealing about Mike's brutal offense that said, "Don't fuck with me".

Deontay Wilder like Tyson is doing it like Tyson against bums. The only difference is Wilder has a 100% knockout record 31-0 with 31 KO's all within the first or second round. So Wilder must be the best ever?
Reality check: Tyson ducked almost every great fighter of his era. Why didn't he face Mercer, Morrisson, Bowe, Briggs, Tua, Rahman, Sanders or old Foreman? Most of these guys wouldn't have ducked anyone and old Foreman came out of retirement solely to fight Tyson. The ones he did face, Holyfield and Lewis handed him his ass. Correction, he even got his ass handed to him when he was 23 years old (so In his prime) by a journey man, Douglas.
Ali would have made Tyson look like a club fighter. Ali in his prime would have made him look much worse. Frazier is basicly a harder punching but lighter Tyson with a ton of stamina and heart. He would have knocked out Tyson within 4 or 5 rounds. Young Foreman was just terrifying and would overpower Tyson easily and would knock Tyson out earlier than Frazier, 2 or 3 rounds MAX.
Tyson is overrated as hell and I simply cannot fathom why him beating some bums put him on such a pedestal.

it was the way he did it ... i dont think fraiser had the speed, head movement or even the power that tyson had .. to say he would beat tyson in 4 rounds .. yeah right .. well Lewis was one of the hardest hitters who walked thru guys in the similar way Tyson did .. an it took him 8rounds to knock out a very poor version of tyson .. so no way is Fraiser doing it in 4 .. he aint doing it at all .. he would get KO'd himself imo .. he lost to the 2 best of the era who are two of the best of all time

Of comparable weights and styles, I can't see how a Mayweather would beat Tyson if they were both either heavyweights or any other weight. The sort of power Tyson was generating at his peak was crushing and regularly broke guards. That power would surely render useless the high shoulder style that Mayweather is famous for in his defence. A Tyson body shot would literally make it useless.
