Patrolling for marine conservation in Cambodia

Women play a vital role in fisheries and marine conservation, but they constantly face challenges. Sina Oeun volunteers with the Community Fisheries Committee in the Koh Sdach Archipelago, Cambodia. Sina noticed the environmental challenges facing her local marine environment, and wanted to play a part in protecting the natural resources at risk - despite fisheries being a male-dominant sector.
