    2 of my friends moved to a different state (Austin TX) ... They sold their primary house.... Pocketed the profit tax free and are now renting in the new state.
    They both got awesome leases deals on brand new apartments and the cost to rent was half of buying.
    Don't catch a falling knife....people who DATED the rate 2 year back are hurting badly with HIGHER for even LONGER 🙂

    James, I was in Tokyo in Feb. and I thought the same thing about how clean it is. And, people are so polite and helpful.

    7% is basically the average rate from the last 50-60 years. I wouldnt call it the new norm, its the old norm that we have returned to.

    Got to be able to make some money on loaning out money at 7 percent minimum because real inflation is like 5 percent. Yeah, big, 2 percent real profit from risking your money on a loan. Almost worth it.
