Edit: ANSWER: for anyone else with this problem, you have to select your profile under the photo menu, then you select the three dots at the top right corner, THEN you are able to select as many photos as you would like, and add them using the folder at the top menu, and choose which folder to add them in.
I know kinda weird and confusing but there you go!! Hope I made sense. Amazon answers will help you if this doesn’t

How did you get the QR code to link the app to the frame. I'm having trouble figuring that part out 🙃🙃🙃
Follow the instruction in the phone app and scan the code.

I find when the slide show runs the contrast changes and the image is not as sharp. Have you noticed that?

Yes, it was very easy, by scanning the QR code. I don't remember the exact resolution numbers. Please see the link in description.

Products ships in Chinese and doesn’t tell you where or how to change it. When trying to add the frame to VPhoto app, the app repeatedly complains Temporary Device Connection Code Has Expired and cannot use at all. This video doesn’t any address any issues that can occur.

This frame is terrible. I don’t want to use the app and I specifically bought this frame because it said the app wasn’t necessary. It does not recognize any micro sd or usb that I try to connect. Also the image quality is not great. Looks like a bad Instagram filter is over your photo
