- Salam everyone,
as you might have noticed, the original version of this video was muted and people rightfully wanted it to be be narrated so here is an updated version with narration.
In this short video we go through the day of a typical student at the Islamic University of Madinah from waking up to going back to sleep.
Hope this gives a better idea of what a day looks like for a student. If you have any questions then do write it down in the comment section.

I love the HOLY QURAN before I never read the HOLY QURAN like I rarely read it, but now if I don't read it at least once in a day my heart feels cold or just like a missing piece from my heart but yeah. @@coha348 yes akhi, there are some really old students in there. the age limit is a guideline for the most part. exceptions are made. it's been narrated to me a 55 year old was accepted.

For those who want to memorize the Qur’an: Reduce the number of verses or pages you memorize each day and more than the repetition and keep the continuity and keep asking for forgiveness
@@user-oi6xw6cr8d start off with 1/4 of a page or half a page if you are more comfortable. Read a short part of a verse and repeat it until it's in your head, then move onto the next part and at the end of the verse combine all parts of the verse.

No, they have a limit. If you want to apply I heard you should go for a interview in person in Saudi Arabia.

Furthermore, Madinah University is a Men only university. However Ummul Qurah university in Makkah is men and women.

Madinah University has an age limit of 25 I’m not sure about Ummul Qurah.
However I know that both Ummul Qurah and Madinah University teach various sciences of Islam.
But you’re going to have to do some research to find out.

While the daily routine is little different from when I was there 30 years ago (we never had to pay for cafeteria food for example), the classroom, structural differences and campus layout is vastly improved. May Allah reward you.

Don't listen to those trying to discourage you. I just graduated with a Computer Science degree from a prestigious university in the US, and I have some experience working as a software developer. However, I've found this work to be meaningless, and I'm in the process of transitioning to work in sustainable agriculture, as I believe that is much more valuable and important. What you do for a job or how much money you make is not what brings fulfillment. Fulfillment can only come from believing in WHY you are doing something. If you believe in this dream of yours, then fight for it and work hard to achieve it. If there is kheir (goodness) in it for you, inshaAllah it will happen (:

You must ensure that you submit everything they ask for. Make sure everything is done professionally and all your documents are in colour and translated
