was just discussing with my friend about our excitement for Ramadan. Alhamdulillah we are both converts and don't have the association with fried foods, iftars, and hunger/thirst but rather the pure blessings and focus on ibadah that we experience in Ramadan more than any other month.
May Allah SWT make it easy for both of you and accepts your good deeds.

Taraweh is a special prayer in Ramadan after Isha prayer (last prayer in the night) where Muslims get together to pray and listen to the Qur'an during the month of Ramadan. It's a coming together of community to unite in listening to and healing by the Quran. it's not mandatory but really rewarding and nice in Ramadan, even if you don't stay for the full prayer (it could be quite long especially since it's night), try staying for as much as you can. hope you have an awesome time Brother, may Allah bless you with His love and guidance

I have watched this video 3x already and each time I get moved by the powerful words of the Qur'an thru Ustadh Nouman. Mash'Allah! Allah has gifted him with the gift of explaining and expounding on the meanings of Allah's Book. May Allah protect him and his family from harm and from the evil eyes of his thousands of viewers. May we all have a meaningful and productive Ramadan this year. And to my brothers or sisters who doesn't have anything better to comment than how the background looks or how he should be dressed, I advice you to just listen to the audio so you won't get distracted by the waswas of Shaitan so you could benefit from this lecture. May Allah make this ummah focus more on gaining correct knowledge about Islam that we can apply in our lives rather than focusing in finding faults in other people. Ameen.

the skillset the Norman has is that his approach to the normal people is that he has can communicate in such a way that he makes his all of his talk relatable and he treats the listener and/or the audience with respect. His tone of voice is one of sweetness not like the other learned folk who seem to bombard you with knowledge and for the newer generation, they feel that their space is being violated. I know for one that the one quality the Prophet had was friendliness and let me it put it this way... you don't win customers by shouting at them but you win them over by being sweet with ones voice. Salaams4now...Hussein.
What Nouman says about finding answers to personal issues in the time of need is absolutely spot on. This happens with me all the time. This is why I recommend to everyone to read Quran daily, even if only 1 ayah a day, it will help you in your life🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Alhamdulilah 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
