I've been wanting to make glue bottle dangles for some time. The only issue I have Maggie is my vision makes it hard to see the small things even with glasses. I'm also quite a bit older now 67 to be exact and my strength isn't the same. But foward I will go because these are so beautiful. Matter of fact I have been watching so many of your videos because I absolutely love your projects and especially your craft with me videos. Your a sweet young lady and it comes through in your voice. Thank you for all your hard work to put these tutorials out. I'm new at this and appreciate you so very much. ❤❤❤
You are absolutely the sweetest Doris! Thank you so much for your kind words. I hope you do push forward and continue to do what you love. I'm so happy I can join the ride with you. Thank you so much for watching! Sending big hugs your way!
Just go to a bargain type shop and buy some cheap dangly earrings, take the hook off and voila! Attach to your pin and use an earring backer to keep it there, plus a drop of glue if necessary.
Great Vid…you keep it real about using the tools! I can see these dangles for glue bottle, tassels, earrings, bracelets, necklace, purse or key ring charm etc.
Thank you! I've somehow lost so many glue bottle stoppers and I discovered a standard sewing pin is NOT the same. I wanted to make a charm but didn't know how to keep the charms up by the top of the pin until this video. An earring backer! Brilliant! Thanks again for sharing!
Thanks I loved ❤ your Craft with me. I had watched a couple of other Video, however yours was the one I enjoyed the most and really made sense to me. 😊
Hi Marcia. I’m so glad that this video is of some help to you. Hopefully you will give it a try. They are so much fun to make. Thanks so much for watching
New subscriber, thank you thank you thank you. I've seen these charms on other videos, but no idea of how to make them. I'm constantly looking for my glue pin. Not only are these adorable, but no more searching for that needle in the haystack! TFS!
Hi Amy. I’m so glad that you found this video helpful. I love mine. They give our glue bottles such a cute look and like you said no more searching for the pin. Thanks for watching ☺️
I like how you tell us what supplies we are going to need. I had some but not all. Going to have fun making these. I saw one for Halloween using a skeleton with colorful dangles hanging from his ribcage.
Thanks Janet! Definitely give them a try. I promise you’ll get hooked. I do have some on my Etsy shop that I’ve made. Feel free to check it out. Here’s the link. www.etsy.com/shop/SunsetCraftsBlvd
Hi Diana! Thank you. There are many more crafty videos to come. You definitely have to make some dangles they are so much fun to make and super simple. Thanks for watching 🦋
Ooo fabulous, if you had some Cork toppers for bottles you could push the pin in the middle and give the bottle a dangly I love how you layered the beads too. You used to be able to buy metal book markers that had a jump ring in them, they'd be a lovely gift. Ooooo I needed this, thank you :)
Thanks so much! I’m so glad you enjoyed this project. They are so much fun to make. I do make them regularly and sell them on my Etsy. So stay tuned for my next collection. Thanks for watching
I have yet to make any dangles. I used to make bracelets, so I do have some supplies. I just don’t think I have any smaller beads. I will have to check hobby lobby when they are on sale. 😊
Hi Trudi. These are super fun to make. A little time consuming as you would know making bracelets. The strung beads are normally always 40-50% off every week at Hobby Lobby. I hope you find some good ones.
Hi Christina, I bought the pins off of Amazon. They have to be stainless steel. Here is the link: a.co/d/bHpsEUG I hope this helps. Thanks for watching
Excellent process video! Where do you find your stainless steel pins? I've been told by many the pins they use are stainless and then they rust in my glue. I also really like the earing back, great idea. Turned out so pretty. New viewer. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Becca! I have to admit that my glue bottles I purchased from Hobby Lobby already came with the pins so I just make sure not to loose them, hence the need to make charms for them. Lol Thanks so much for watching 🦋
Somehow orange and amber beads don't work with a pink Pin head🤔 to me... and that many beads, on that small of a bottle, are likely to keep it tipping over.. But great step by step video
Yours were the clearest instructions - I finally get it! Where do you get those cute little glue bottles? I've been looking for those for awhile now. Thx.
Hello from Miami Fl , I just subscribed to your channel ( you have such a soothing and calming voice ) 😊. It’s soo descriptive Thank You👍🏽! Can I ask you where did you get the metal cap for the glue bottle ( I’m a beginner at junk journaling ). Sending You and Your Family much Love , Joy , Light and Happiness🙏🏽🎠
Hi Sandra! Thank you so much for your kind words and for subscribing. I actually bought the empty bottles with the metal tip and pin included at Hobby Lobby in the paint section. I’m also a beginner at this but am loving it so much. So glad we can learn together 🦋

I just found you. Love these glue stoppers you made. Any recommendations on the type of stainless-steel pin to use?
Hi Wendy, I found the stainless steel pins on Amazon. I recommend the Dritz brand. The package has a green “Rust Proof” label on it.
These look really cool, just wondering how long are the pins your using.
Hi Helen, the pins are 1 1/2 inches long. Thanks for watching
Can you tell me where you got the pins your adding the beads to??
Love this idea.

Can you just use chain and add your charms to each of those little jump rings?
Hi Shirley, good thing about this is you can customize it as you please.
Somehow orange and amber beads don't work with a pink Pin head🤔 to me... and that many beads, on that small of a bottle, are likely to keep it tipping over..
But great step by step video
Hi Carla, aside from my poor choice of colors and number of beads, I’m glad you enjoyed the process of making the dangles.

Do the glue bottles stand up with all the weight ?
Hi Chris, I always keep my glue bottles filled so I’ve never had any problems.
