Nice job Matthew. Thanks for letting me hang with you and your wife. I have been working long hours since I got back, hopefully I will get my video done today
How thrilling it is to discover a big model convention came to my town and I never heard a peep until now ! Well, thanks for the vendors tour regardless. As you brushed over all the kits on display I tried to spot the various models I had purchased in my youth. If you couldn't be there, I can recommend a hour and half video of all the entries on display I watched along with yours.
Your booth was impressive. I didn't stay long because I wanted to get home and get off the road until today. Unfortunately I haven't gotten anything today.
Thanks for sharing Matthew. Looked like there were a ton of kits with awesome prices. Now we need to see what you came home with, lol. Your table looked great, very professional. I'm sure you and Miss Heather were kept busy. Hopefully you didn't have to load too much of your inventory coming back home. Looking forward to your video of the built cars. 👍👍
Wow, from what i see Matt this was a good show. I'd like to attend this one someday. You have a great vendor table. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy your week.
Besides getting my order from you I found the two kits I've been looking for. Plus some $5 ,$10 kits and a Dodge pickup and trailer to add to my USSAC build, which was not planned. Great to chat with you and thanks for your products!!!
Matthew, I wish I could have been there. You didn't pick up that old Cadillac kit. You know, the big one. LOL. I didn't see a price on it, but I'm sure they know exactly what it's worth. Maybe next year if things go right. Cheers Terry
Little off subject but thought I would post to most recent video. What temp and how much time do you “cook” your bodies after paint? Enamels, lacquers and acrylics. Just got a dehydrator and I’ve seen times anywhere from 4hrs to 24hrs or longer. Recent sub and Love your videos! Lots of good info. Thanks 👍🏻
Hey Mat this is Bill Boone I saw you at ACME on Saturday and gave you a 1/32 scale kit and a medal tin lizzy i hope you will build that kit, at 78 those small kits can be difficult for me , I build mainly 1/8 scale 32 fords but do smaller ones if I have a interest in the kit ,it was good to speak with you and hope to see you at Jaxcon next year . Keep up the great work with the video
Very nice look at the vendor tables. When I was there last year, I spent close to $1,500 at the vendor tables. I really hate I could not make it this year. Unfortunately, my back felt like time in a hospital was more worthwhile. Thanks for sharing.
I was really impressed with the shear number of vendors. Three quarters of the hall was vendors! Was nice to finally meet you; though I think I saw your wife more often than you. 😂 Peace and love.
Wow! Looks like a great show. I've only been to one in Indiana, & have to admit, quite disappointing😟 I will go back next year, even enter a car or two in the Senior class🤷♂️
Lol! My dad built one when I was a kid and it's a kit that gives me a warm fuzzy so I have a ton of them. It's a very difficult kit to build since it's a multi piece body and opening doors. I built one several years back and made several videos on it. It makes a beautiful model but oh boy is it tough.
I have a question matt.does the revell black widow supposed to come with the beliar trim or the 150 trim?i couldnt find the answer on scale mates.maybe your help will help me out
Nice job Matthew. Thanks for letting me hang with you and your wife. I have been working long hours since I got back, hopefully I will get my video done today
Had a great time with you Sam!!
I want that 34 Ford Street Rod kit in 1/16
Lol!! Me too!!

Thanks David! It was a very successful show. Missed not seeing you there.

It was great to see you Michael! Wish we could have spent a little more time together. Take care
I bet you went into overload with all those old aurora kits.

Yeah I was wondering if I'd see you there Terry. I'm sure it was expensive
Nice to meet you again and get to chat at the show last Saturday after a year ago. Enjoyed the video. Happy birthday again. Later, Wayne.😁👋
Thanks Wayne!!

So I mainly use MCW enamels. Usually around 24hrs @ 100°f. I'll use Tamiya lacquers rarely and don't typically use heat since they dry so fast.
Lots. Of great vendors thank u for sharing keep on building
It was especially good this year!

@ I should be able to make Roanoke. See you there.
Matt I love the video brother and hopefully you got a lot of vintage kits ❤😊
Thanks Shawn! I sure did!
Awesome show
👍🏻👍🏻
I would be in so much trouble if I had been there. It's a good thing Wichita never has anything like that.
Lol!! You definitely have to be careful!
Good coverage Matthew!!!
Thanks Terry!
Nice.... kinda like a kid in a candy store 😂😅😎😁
Definitely Daniel!!
I seen a lot of nice kits 👍 great job

Lol!! Thanks TJ! Heather was quite busy for sure!
Yeah. I passed by your booth several times and she always had customers. Looked like business was good.
Thanks for sharing! My pocketbook is happy. I dont have easy access to these shows. There were some definite deals.

Lol! Yes and I'm not sure how they ever let that slip.
Some good deals and some way out of range.... I've got a few you really maybe interested in.... 😎👍🇺🇲
Hey Jimmy! Yeah the prices were all over the place. I'll holler at you soon.
i would love to find a kit for a 1967 cougar. Not a XR7 just a basic cougar 2 door 289 engine. I have not seen one, maybe noone made it.
I'm not sure about that one.
Iam looking for a 64 dodge station wagon model resin wood appreciate any help u good give me ty
Oooo, that may be a tough one to find
@modecarvideos what's the story behind the 48 ford kit, I have it but haven't started it, should I be worried?

It might continue to collect dust for a while then 😂@modelcarvideos5829

If I'm not mistaken it's the 150 trim.
I could use that junk turbine car, I have 1 that's missing a engine
Darn! Wish I'd known that
