I rented my place out in August 2023. Now they're sending me a bill for $700 for fixing a toliet that I wasnt aware of in July, it's currently the end of October. It works just fine. I got the PM from HELL! I can't wait to sell my place. Ugh.

If I pay the early termination fee immediately is the PM require to stop managing my company if I request it to? She is denying to surrender services for another 30 days although I am paying the cancellation fees
Yes if there is a cancellation fee you should be able to pay that and be released. However 30 days is reasonable as managers have to close out the account, pay outstanding bills, do final accounting, etc. You may have tried but you could ask the fee be waived. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Hope this helps.
