Absolutely stunning. There's something about all white, all black or black and white cards that is so dramatic and gorgeous.
I agree, but typically I don't create 'white' flowers and now I can't remember why lol.
You can send me either card! But that black with pink is completely my style!!!! Oh I’m in love with it! Just wonderful to see some modern cards!!!
Just send me your address 😉
@@lostinpaper you’re so kind! How thoughtful of you. Thank you. I didn’t think you really would. It’s just so beautiful to me! I’m sure you have ppl that you need to make cards for just like us. Or do you have more than you can use and donate to places? I know some creators do that which is really nice. But I don’t mind giving you my address for that beautiful card! It’s just perfectly my style! That’s why I started watching you in the first place. I saw you in the summit and loved your contemporary style!
@@dizzinese I'd love to send you the card, you can email your name and address to me through the contact email at my blog. x
Both cards are absolutely gorgeous! The black and white card is striking and the white one is so elegant. 🤔
So glad you liked these Jeanne!
Love both of them. Thanks. Agree about the washing from camping!
I know right Sally, I have finally finished the washing lol.
Both are WOW !! The second one is my fave ... retro vibes and super cool, just like me! Hahaha! Kidding😂🤭😉
Yep, Super Cool! That makes 2 of us 😉
Right you are!!!😂👍
Both are gorgeous, but my favorite is the first one with the green center. I love how the shading at the center gives so much depth and texture to your flowers! TFS
Thanks so much 😊
Stunning cards and another diecut floral to add to the collection!
Glad you like them!
Both cards are amazing but I am drawn to the one with the green centres. Stunning!!
Awesome Lori! Thank you!
Beautiful, contemporary, peaceful! Love this idea!
Thank you so much Christine!
I love both of them, but green is my favourite colour. I do love this set.
So happy you like them Rosemary, I have to agree, it's a beautiful set!
I love them both, but the black and white with pink details is my favorite😍 Thank you!
Thank you Margarita!
Both are stunning designs! I think the white flowers on the green background appeal to me most, though the black and white with the pop of pink is striking. 💚
I did have fun adding the stamped pattern to the petals! Thanks hon
I just love this card!!! I want it more than ever now!!! Beautiful cards!!! Just stunning!
Thanks so much!
Oh my goodness. I love the stunning black and white stripe. The touch of pink is so modern looking. The stripe is unique. Gotta try it.
So glad you like them Beth!
Both cards are simply beautiful. Learned some new ways to create die-cut layered flowers. tfs
Thanks so much Helen!
Can't pick just one ... they are both gorgeous! Thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks so much Marti! 😊
Really like the black and white card! Very bold!
Thank you Tammy!
SO incredibly creative! Each card was so unique and lovely. ! I really loved both cards but I think the first card was my favorite because it is so versatile…Wedding, Get Well, Birthday, this is one of those you could make up and add the sentiment at the last minute and it would be great! You got skills girlfriend! Thanks to you for sharing your talents with all of us!
Thank you so much Jan, you have made my day!
Great set of flower dies. Love how you treated the petals and the funky modern one is so fun.
So glad you liked them ❤
Stunning is the first word that came to mind for the pink and black card. I thought I would not like it when you started the stripes but I do. Lovely set .
So glad you liked it 8
So so stunning!! Love the black and white striped one! So pretty!
Yay! Thank you !
OMGOODNESS! That die set is on my wishlist! I love the modern feel to it! I’m not at all one for realistic images or sketchy or cartoons. I’m very modern and I love this! I just bought several new dies that are a bit different for florals but I wish I’d have seen this first before buying the cosmos one. That’s more traditional although I needed it for a card I’m making. Good choice!
Could you do something similar with the Cosmos one?
@@lostinpaper no it’s very full of petals and traditional almost like a sunflower petal. But that’s ok. I recently bought some larger cool more modern dies from spellbinders. I just love this anemone! But I had a need for the cosmos flower anyway to make a shower card. So it works out well. I’ve realized I’m much more a die person so I’d rather have several different floral dies and get rid of the stamps. I don’t ever stamp and color. I like the dimension of dies.
@@dizzinese I love a combination of both, sometimes I feel like die cutting and sometimes I feel like colouring, it's nice to have so many wonderful options in our craft!
@@lostinpaper I love ink blending and coloring but I don’t have a good set of colors in alcohol markers. But I really enjoy coloring. I’m trying to figure out that problem currently. But I still seem to enjoy even die cut words more than much stamping. I do more stamping on the inside. I make extra die cuts for the envelope to match too. But coloring is relaxing to me.
Oh gosh, I love them both
Thank you so much Sharon
Wow- these cards are stunning.
Thank you Ginger x
Both are beautiful but the black and white card is such an eye catcher.
Thanks so much Barbara
Both gorgeous! ❤
Thank you Stacy! 😊
Stunning! I've always loved white on white and black and white Therese!! Great inspiration!! :)
Thank you Helen x
Beautiful cards! I like the all white one the best, the subtle gray shading is very effective. Those dies look very nice, that keyhole system is brilliant 💕
I agree the keyhole system makes it so much easier! So glad you liked them x
That's a gorgeous set! I love the pop of pink!
I don't typically wear pink but I do love it on cards, thanks Tina!
They are both so wonderful, I can't choose 🙃. I will be trying both in some form or fashion. Thanks Therese. Love your videos. ♥️ Lisa
Thanks so much Lisa!
The bold card will take me a tad to do that one.... but I will. The white/grey card is more my comfort zone. I made a card for my grandson's wedding anniversary, and it came out perfect. Take care my friend.
So glad you have been creating, I'll bet they loved the anniversary card!!
That, is so beautiful! So much dimension!
Thank you Anna! 😊
I surprised myself by liking best the black and white flowers. I loved the white ones as you put them together. And surprise!! the striped ones spoke to me. Thank you so much, Therese. You have made my quiet day into a delightful day with your beautiful flowers. ❤️🇨🇦❤️
Yay, thank you Kirrie! I'm so happy that you enjoyed these cards!
WOW! Both are super! Thanks for the inspiration.
You are so welcome!
So beautiful, so elegant! You're incredible... I love the white-green card but the other one is stunning too
Thank you so much!
Lovely cards. Thank you for sharing 😊🤗
Thanks so much Cindy!
Love ❤both cards….can’t wait to try this technique. Thank you so much for sharing!
Hope you have fun!
Fantastic looking flowers! TYFSharing, Therese. 🖤🤍🩶
Thanks Kathy 😊
Stunningly gorgeous ♥️
Thank you Yvonne!! 😊
Love them both! I will make something similar to your black and white striped card for my step mom's birthday. Thanks for the inspiration!
Yay, hope you have fun Kelly!
I loved seeing the first card come to life but I have to say, the second one, with the bold modern look, knocked my socks off! So much inspiration, thanks Therese!
Yippee, thanks Stef!
So creative! Thank you!
Thank you Nicolle! Cheers!
I love your creative mind and style. Wish we were neighbors!
Wouldn't it be wonderful to be near crafty friends!
So nice to know you do not have to have all the colors of ink or special markers to make a pretty card. These look nice with white and black and just a bit of green or pink to them! My favorite would be the green and white one, just because the black stripes make me think bees wings. Nice job on both cards!
Haha, I never thought about bees lol. But yes, I agree that beautiful cards can be made with minimal supplies. Thanks for leaving such a lovely comment and visiting today x
Therese, your cards are so amazing and eye-catching! I love your creativity and clever use of dies, stamps and patterns. Thank you for the inspiration! My favorite is the first card but I also like the look of the second one. Jeepers how to pick just one of your creations is difficult 😊. Blessings!
Thanks so much Cathy, I'm so glad you enjoyed these designs!
As usual, these are stunning!! I'm going to try the white on white. I love those. Thanks for the inspiration.
Hope you have fun creating!
Love them both..will be trying the technique tomorrow
Yay, I hope you have fun!
Very interesting technique - especially the black and white one. I really like it and will be trying to make it. Thanks for sharing. 😶😶
Hope you have fun with it Marian 😊
Lovely flowers!😍👏🏽👏🏽 Blessings.🕊🥰🙋🏻♀️💜tfs
Thank you Yvonne! You too!
Very nice!
Thank you Jen! Cheers!
Both are fabulous! Now I need to purchase my 5th different anemone die set. lol
I hear you 😆, I have the same problem with anemones, peonies and poinsettias....
I have always loved everything you make and today is no exception. I like the card with the green panel the best but I do like the other one also. I will definitely be trying something similar. I might do a CatheZelsky trick and do a knock off, so it is similar but different.
Ooh, I love the idea of a knock off, I hope you have fun creating Christy!
I rolled mine after it was together and that was very hard because I had a lot of petals. Good tip to roll first as you ink or die cut.
Yes, I learned that the hard way too!
Nice 👌
Thanks 😊
Hey, you! I'm so happy to see these anemones, my friend! LOve the bold modern stripey one the very best but of course I love them both! =] [and did I just find my next embossing folder?? lol]
I need to know how you keep track of those embossing folders... do you have a system?
@@lostinpaper The most current are kept in cute mail sorting containers on a shelf right behind me in my studio - next time we chat I'll show you! They continue to be a favorite tool! =]
I have black - and - white stripes card stock and did a few cards with flowers, making black and white card set. But adding white petals to it makes a difference and I will do it your way. I did not like colored centers, just a block dot that you added at first was enough. I found it to be too large and destructive. Otherwise, both cards are beautiful and inspirational, as always. Thumb Up it is.
Design paper is the perfect option! I'm so glad you enjoyed the idea and I agree, that the flowers looked great without the pink as well.
I did the first keyhole system yesterday. I custom colored cardstock first with some white splatter on top of the 2 shades of blue. But I must tell everyone these layer from the highest number to the lowest!!!! It counts down! I learned the hard way! First I started with 1,2,3….. but that is WRONG! You must layer 3,2,1. I hope this saves someone the mess I had.
I'm just thinking... I usually start at the base of the flower which is 1,2,3 ... but it is early in the morning and I haven't woken up yet, so I could be wrong lol.
@@lostinpaper I colored my paper first as it showed in the example on my flower. Mine has as many as 5 layers so this was actually the only way I knew I did it wrong at first besides it not looking correctly. So I found that it actually starts at the highest number and counts down. If you don’t do it that way on the more layered petals it won’t layer correctly. I had to carefully take it all apart and nearly ruined it. And when you ink up paper specifically for the project you can’t waste it because nothing else will match doing a bunch of them as I did. I watched the altenew video on the keyhole system but had forgotten if she did it 5,4,3, and son on. But I found out the hard way. Funny it’s supposed to be easier but who counts backwards? Lol
I just love this card!!! I want it more than ever now!!! Beautiful cards!!! Just stunning!
Thanks so much!
