  • The Hairy Bikers are back with a brand new mission. Si King and Dave Myers have made their names cooking real food for real people, creating mouth-watering dishes big on flavour and calories and their bodies have taken the toll after many years of good cooking.
Si and Dave create low-calorie versions of their favourite party treats, including fairy cakes, quiche and chilli tacos, and Olly Smith offers advice on wines suitable for slimmers.

I know how challenging it can be to lose a similar amt of weight, kudos to Dave and Si for not only accomplishing their goals, but putting up with a good deal of embarrassment in the process. Twelve years later, best hopes for Dave's recovery from cancer.

The Hairy Bikers series as been great. These 2 blokes are fun to watch. There 2 guys I could watch daily.
Having a spa day starting out with seaweed & going all the way to a head massage would be delightful. The only problem I have with that is there's no seaweed near where I live in Missouri, but I could do everything else. Now, how would I pay for it?
Thanks for these videos of The Hairy Bikers. They was great & I could watch these 2 blokes all day long.
    Thanks,
    Chris from Missouri

My favourite cooks. I adore them whatever their size but health is paramount. Congratulations on your tremendous accomplishment and will power. This just popped up on my screen so not sure how old it is but will be following you again as long as I live. I am in my 80s. ❤
