It is not necessary to turn off all phones. Most Churches regardless of denomination ask people to "Please shut off the sound on your phone to not disturb others." Also people use the phone to either video tape the sermon, and many use the KJV Bible app instead of a printed copy of the Bible to find and read verses in the sermon. Also someone may receive an incoming EMERGENCY TEXT message, like a Doctor, Nurse or Paramedic etc.
Love you for bringing the congregation to remember they are in a sanctuary ..Bring a bible in the book ..turn phone off, leave food in the car !! I want my God's glory to be able to fall in sanctuary..sanctuary is to be clean..Amen

Good preaching! I was recruited into the "gay" life by an older man when I was seventeen. I was homosexual with my piano teacher for nine years, and thought I should have been a girl. Now, here in Oregon, (even though I was "raped") if I refused to play love songs for a gay wedding, I would be breaking the law! This is against my rights as a Christian. It is not "equality," but homosexual supremacy! They are not persecuted! There are many like me who were feminine and gay, but Jesus changed my life. I am much happier now, even though people "discriminate" against me! God bless you. Keep up the good work. Honesty set me free!

And the coming of Jesus is very near.

I said to my church, I always hear the church talk about stuardship always from the point of view in Malachi which talk about money, but I am yet to hear them talk about stuardship of influence, until now.
