Pulled for Aerith’s costume. Banner was great for my wishlist weapons. For the new weapons though. Nothing. Only the guaranteed stamp slots.
Totally get that. But it's nice to start getting the wishlisted ones, many times lately those are my OB6s!
I got pretty lucky here I think Ob8 on Kirin gloves and ob5 on Aerith's wand in 63k crystals. I used Aerith parts to ob6 it and I ended up caving and buying those two extra copies of the gloves with red crystals but you gotta understand, it's Tifa 😂 and I don't know when I'd have another shot at an Ob10 limited weapon.
That sounds really really good! You did better than me on both weapons and spent 3k less crystals!
What a banner! Some great costumes and weapons that push themselves as must-pulls, and the fact that both are fairly decent even with 1-2 copies is very good for f2p players!
Totally agree here!! I think this is the friendliest f2p limited banner that we've seen yet!
Lucias Thunderbird is lighting magic single target BUT she has no arcanum. Great sets is a shame we are doing the rounds on the same 5/6 units though. I get they are popular but diversifying these out to others would have got players using them.
This is very true! And Yeah, I did forget about thunderbird, but it has virtually the same dmg as multi target lightning bc I think it's only like 5-600% even at ob10
Lucia's weapon also applies MDEF down mid to high, so with the debuff, the damage would be 700%. It's definitely more for utility. Although it's a great subweapon for a Tifa build, would you prefer to have Lucia on the team to apply MDEF debuff while helping DPS?
Nice breakdown man. Pulled for the wand, and now of course I’m sitting at stamp 8 of 12. Couldn’t pass on the weapon though.

@@Nitelight9 I went for it lol. Took 3 more pulls. Leaves me with a little over 16K crystals. Only got one copy of the wand but I’ll take it!
Pulled one copy of the staff (guaranteed) (Did the same with Kuja blade and it was worth it.)
still not pulling commitedly on either until I see if there's a third banner. (may come back for the costume after that, but I already have a decent Aertih one)

Going for Aerith is better for my account. Going for Zack makes sense because I don’t have Thunder Cloud and I have the parts to guarantee two of his weapons.
But I’m going for Tifa because Tifa is Tifa lmaooo. Looking forward to the pull video man, wish you lots of luck

So I already posted my long "TH-cam" comment in the discord but as promised, I wanted to give the video a like and comment for that sweet engagement! 😎
Summary of my Discord comment: Good weapon and fantastic costume that's worth pulling for... I'm just sour that we didn't get PDEF+MDEF AoE Buffs considering Mid>High PDEF AoE buffs are harder to come by. Here's hoping by anniversary they give her that PDEF AoE buff 🙏
They really don't like giving her pdef buffs lol
Pulled on Zack Cloud for the first card to get Cloud hi IOU from skipping his FF9 outfit. Ended up picking a stray Zack weapon up too, so that was a nice bonus. Decided to stop there and wait for this banner so I didn't test my luck.
Managed to clear both cards in 24 pulls with a 3, 3, 4 stamp combo that really rocketed me along. Didn't pick up any bonus Tifa 5*s features, but got a random Aerith, so that was nice. I feel like the game was taunting me because I wishlisted Bunny Gloves and hit that 4 times! So many bittersweet Tifa silhouettes.
Right now I'm just plinking away at Cloud/Zack again to pick up the guarantees. Depending on how generous they are I might justify stretch goaling for Zack's outfit.
24 pulls sounds like a lot for 24 stamps :P if it was 12 pulls, then that's amazing!
I will have my pulls up tomorrow morning. When you see what I got, you'll think we were twins with those bunny gloves ;)

Stamp nightmare 2 double 1 5 for my last 1 rest were singles 2 stamps to go til 2nd outfit 5 5stars including garenteed ones worst ever might take a day or two like u said oh and ob1 for both.
Ironically daily free pull got 3 5stars
Did 3 pulls, 7 Stamps. Nothing on the first pull. Second pull got Ultimatic, Kamura Wand, and Feathered Gloves . Third pull was just my guaranteed Kirin Gloves.

@@Nitelight9 That's a negative. Blew my crystals on getting Cloud's weapon to OB6. I just wanted to get Aerith's base weapon at the very least for that little bit of utility. Tifa's was more of a "eh, why not" since it was right there.

In the end - I pulled 2 pages for both banners... and am ~70K Blue Crystals Poorer....
I set all the guaranteed pulls to Aerith's weapon and in the end got it to OB2 only (no wild draws at all) and got Tifa's weapon to OB4 (wild draws only)...
4 total pages for 70k crystals I think is super good! And I think 6 copies of the featured weapons on 2 pages is also pretty darn solid.
I hate to use terms like must pull but Aerith is a must pull it is the winner of the monster hunter collaboration in my opinion you got to get this to at least ob4 the buff on this is broken, Just my 2 cents
Yeah, it is really powerful. Did my pulls, had to use about 205 weapon parts, but got to OB6!
Just got 1 Aerith weapon and her costume, thank you for telling me to stop there and not OB 1 it, trying to save for Vincent 😁 keep up the good work 👍
