This should also tell you how to file for Indigency to prevent having to pay filing fees.

U guys make everything so complicated

It's complicated on purpose. There is a serious problem brewing for the upper class in America because of inequality, and they are doing everything they can to put off the explosion.
      1. America contains an unprecedented percentage of people who can effectively read and write. Not just because of school, but the internet providing every single person online with a vast amount of interesting reading material, practically everyone can read and write.
      2. All you technically need to file a lawsuit is the ability to read and write comprehensively. You don't need an attorney, you don't need money. If you have no money, you are a special and common protected class: indigent. You can file the paperwork to use all court services for nothing if you are broke.
      3. The overlap between people who can read and write and people who are indigent is exponentially higher than it's ever been. There are millions of people who both read and write, and are indigent (broke).
      4. All people in America have an unlimited right to the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech, you don't even have to be a citizen, just a human. When I say unlimited, I mean unlimited. A person could theoretically file a lawsuit for every five feet they walk, for whatever reasons they want, against any person, corporation, or government entity, lawsuit after lawsuit, in a never ending loop of thousands of lawsuits.
      5. The only thing that prevents non-indigent people from doing this (4) is the potential cost of a lost case: you can be stuck with legal fees, countersued, etc. *However, indigent people generally already have nothing to lose in this manner, they have no money.*
      6. Combine all these facts: You have millions of people who are capable and legally able to file an unlimited number of lawsuits with nothing to lose because our systems just suck and the upper class is sucking down every last available dollar. Soon these people are going to figure out what I already did: it's easy to look up cases filed by good attorneys, *copy and paste* all the elements into your own complaint, modify to your particular case, and profit.
I haven't worked a normal job since the government killed my career and my side hustle in 2020. I would rather work, but the government keeps killing my jobs, so I just file lawsuits against every shitty corporation or government entity that does even the tiniest crummy thing to me, one after the other. Just cashed a check for 5k recently. I'm not going to work another job until I have enough money and resources to fear the risk of losing a suit and being countersued. Sheriffs have been fired, jobs have been lost, and checks have been issued to me. I sign non-disclosure agreements to wrap things up, so I can't point you to any of my work unfortunately.
Generally, I look up similar cases to what I want to accomplish. Then I look up the Agent For Service for the company I'm dealing with because I need it to send out the paperwork. Then I draft up a Complaint. Then I fill out a summons for each defendant party I'm suing. Then I fill out the indigency form for the county and district I'm submitting my court case in. I send a packet containing my indigency form, 1 summons for each party I'm suing, a civil cover sheet if required, and 3 or more copies of the complaint I'm filing (1 for the clerk, 1 for me, 1 for each party I'm suing), and a request for the clerk to issue the summons, to the local clerk of court, who will then file my paperwork and start my lawsuit. Then I get paid, or I take every additional legal action I can dream up, and people start getting fired.
No lawyer is going to help you launch a pile of lawsuits, you would have to do it yourself, Pro Se. It is a bit tedious, but it's also free money in large lump sums as long as inequality exists on such a massive scale. People are going to figure it out soon, and I'm just laughing and waiting.

Totally unhelpful. Need to know meanings of each entry. Like when and how is the case number generated?? Do we need that to submit? And what about the monetary vs non-monetary? What is the difference and what does that mean?? Better descriptions needed. Plus does not match what actually comes op on my screen.

Different counties have different screens and boxes.... Yea I know.
The case number is sequentially generated. You will usually get this after your complaint, summons and civil cover sheet are correctly submitted. It usually takes a few days. When you get that number all new filings must have that case number on it. So your intial complaint and summins will not have a case number, and thats ok. The clerk will do that for you. But all filings after the ones i mentioned, you'll need to add the number yourself.
Monetary is if you're suing for money. Non Monetary, simply put, means you want the Court to declare that the defendant needs to stop doing something or start doing something.

It’s a pain in the butt. They keep saying my complaint needs to be listed but I did post my complaint.

The filing of the application for a determination of the waiver of the filing fee is a great tool.

Are you indigent? If you are indigent(broke), file that paperwork at beginning of all legal matters and pay nothing.
Then take advantage of your unlimited right to the first amendment, i.e. sue as much as you like.
