Need a way to input a case number to find an open case for first time filers. This is confusing and very frustrating. You have people who are going through very rough times in their life. My father was murdered and I’m just a young woman who is unfamiliar with all of this and the last thing I want to deal with is a website giving me the run around.

Our case got kicked back - spent hours trying to understand how to file - just awful.

What happens when you have a filing in the correction que but there’s nothing in the box to click on that will open so you can correct the issue? Instead it was a note to call the office, I did, but now the filing is just sitting there and there’s nothing I can do to remove it from the correction que.

I can not locate the case i need to efile a document for. I submitted efiles for it 5 years ago, it was reopened by the court, and the case number is not showing.

The filing of the application for a determination of the waiver of the filing fee is a great tool.

This does not help Mac users. This does not explain how to convert a PDF to a PDF/A. It makes many assumptions such as that people use WORD - AND have ADOBE in their ribbon.
