After signing the employment bond of 1 year, if I fail in background verification after working with them for 2 months. what would be the consequences? Would I have to pay the liability mentioned in the bond or will I be terminated without any liability. Your reply on this would be of great help.
Hello Sir, I am working in a very samll Pvt Ltd company around 10-12 employees are there. On my bank statement the salary credit is in the name of different Pvt Ltd company. No pf or any deductions. They just sent a letter to us citing that our new payroll will be from this company'. So I am working for some other Pvt Ltd company but get salary from different Pvt Ltd company. Will that affect my chances to get into an MNC companies. Pls guide. I have the bank statements
Hey Ayush, i think if u have it in written that u will be paid on behalf of other company. Then it wont be much problem for you. Now it depends wether all company’s accpt it. Some may need same company doing both things. Hence while applying initially tell the HR this thing. Thanks
