Grind out smaller details the PSG does and what not. Either way, thanks for the quick and informative video, it's nice to have a refresher on what we need to do we NCO'S. Sometimes we forget the small things.
I always liked my black platoon sergeants better than others. He doled out the details fairly. Everyone got equally screwed. The others? Always fearful to deal with black soldiers out of fear of being called something. Weak, pathetic, annoying. Thankfully I had mostly black platoon sergeants. Good people... no...Great people.
